Went in today with my son in search of a delicious bread for our Valentine’s Day dinner with my wife. Great service and very friendly, kind to my five year old son. We picked up the sourdough rye for our pasta dinner. Absolutely didn’t disappoint with a great crust and flavor. Went perfectly with our dinner and we’ll definitely be back again soon to try more types and some pastries. Awesome to see a bakery like this being open in Corvallis.

It was my first time visiting this bakery. The staff were super friendly and warmly greeted me and took my orders. It has a very clean and pleasant atmosphere. You can even see bakers baking breads in the ovens. I ordered a Swedish cardamom bun, a cranberry orange scone, a latte and a steamed milk. Everything was very tasty. I especially liked the Swedish cardamom bun as it reminded me my childhood memories and delicious Persian pastries.
I did not get the chance to try their bread, but I have heard a lot of great things about them. They seem a little pricy though.
I’ll definitely visit this bakery again.

Phenomenal bakery. Real labor of love and good quality. An oasis! The Swedish cardamon bun and croissant are delicious! I also bought walnut loaf for later. Upstairs there is a place used for meditation classes—the whole mix is a great asset to the community.

Delicious bread with fast and friendly service. Short visit to Corvallis so we brought home two mini loaves of sourdough. Both made it home safely in the suitcase and were enjoyed as toast for breakfast. Looking forward to our next visit with a definite stop at this bakery.

Sell there products on the Invercargill farmers market on Sunday and in Invercargill, Windsor Wine store on Fridays.
We loved all the bread and sweets they have .. you have to try all. The family who owns the bakery and sell her products themselves is super friendly.
We enjoyed every minute on your little booth .. we definitely come back

I bought the Toasted Sesame Bread and it was still warm! The bread had a delicious flavor and a great texture. Made with Water, Organic Refined Wheat Flour,(Utah), Organic Sifted Wheat Flour, and Organic Whole Wheat Flour (Grown In Oregon, Milled In Eugene), Organic Sesame Seeds, Wild Yeast Wheat Culture, Sea Salt. This was my first time visiting Wild Yeast Bakery, and I was warmly greeted as I walked in.

We have been eating Wild Yeast bread for years. It’s actually the only bread we buy. The crust is insanely crispy and the inside is bubbly and chewy with a tangy taste – just like it should be. Their whole grains are locally sourced and processed and their dough does not contain any additives or conditioners. Our freezer is always overflowing with different versions of their delicious sourdough. We’re also fond of their holiday Rye Gingerbread. This year we reserved three loaves. One for eating, giving and freezing. Check out their new storefront. Oh, they don’t only make artisanal bread. Try a couple of their yummy pastries/cookies with a cup of freshly made coffee. Your day will be a lot brighter. Kudos to April and Craig and the entire Wild Yeast team.

I’ve really enjoyed this bakery; been going weekly for about two months. I’ve tried the sesame sourdough and kalamata loaf, and they’re both fantastic. The Swedish cardamom buns are too delicious, and I eat them all. The baguettes are also delicious. The service is wonderful, and I look forward to going back soon.

I am new to Oregon, but I must say (and it needs to be put out there more anyway, without shame) that I am in Recovery, and our new meeting space for ‘Recovery Dharma’, WEDNESDAYS-6:30**
Wild Yeast Bakery, is our neighbor. It’s a very pleasant location. I like their aesthetic, and I noticed they leave out some of their bread after closing in a bag on one of their tables outside for anyone who may be hungry instead of throwing it away, and that’s what’s up.
