Nice place, great service, really good food. our little boy wasn’t able to get Horchata because they ran out. That was a no no for us. One of the restroom doors needs to be fixed.

It’s been a while since I last came here. The quality of the food has improved again. However, the service is a far cry of what it once was. There were four of us at the table, and the waitress only brought 3 drinks. Not once did she refill our water. Not once did she ask how our food was. Instead she sat at a booth across from us and worked on what appeared to be schoolwork or book keeping. Our group felt neglected. The food itself was the saving grace this visit.

I was greeted with the most friendliest staff my wife and son we’re treated excellent definitely a good family atmosphere. The food was spectacular very reasonable in price with a very good portions. I’ve been told it’s whole foods and it definitely has high quality taste at a decent price!! Plus you get free chip and homemade salsa right when you sit down the service is out of this world and I’ll keep talking about it all day long because this place definitely deserves it! I will be eating there more in the future

We have loved the food here in the past. Today, it seems they were sorely understaffed. Fewer than half the tables were occupied, but they behaved like they were completely swamped. It took over an hour to get the first of our food, for which we still had to wait another ten minutes for the tortillas before we could eat it. Most of the rest of our food trickled out over the next 20 minutes. 90 minutes after ordering, our kids’ chicken nuggets finally arrived, charred and hard as rocks. We asked for some considerations, and our waiter said we could talk to the manager. He walked past a few times, without acknowledgement. After finally getting him to talk with us, he was considerate enough to not charge us for the chicken nuggets and gave us 50% of the rest. We really appreciated that. It seems like they were having a really bad day. Hopefully it’s not a regular occurrence there.

One star because my husband and I waited almost an hour and still our food was not served. Table seated after us was served before we should have been. (Of course they were connected… They were the city’s finest). However, while we waited the chips and salsa were very good. We walked out.
