Holy cow, Wild Willy’s Pastrami is AMAZING! I’m pretty sure this was the best pastrami sandwich I have ever had. It was certainly the most tender and delicious, so yeah, it was the best I’ve had. Wild Willy is very personable and doesn’t skimp on the pastrami. I learned that Willy is a retired chef and got bored with retirement and started his food truck. You can tell he was an actual chef just be the coleslaw alone which has just a touch of fruit in it to make it stand on its own. I can’t wait to try other menu items! Thanks, Willy, you just made my life better!

This man has put the passion back in food. What ever you choose from his menu or a special, you are very lucky to have him cook it for you. For 30 years I’ve been eating his food, not once was I ever disappointed. Kudos to this world renowned chef turned truck foodie.
