This was a weird spot for me. It’s just a junky gas station but when I walked inside the food smelled amazing! I got an order of fried chicken gizzards and some fries. Both were very good. Not amazing, but very good. I didn’t get any dipping sauces for the gizzards or fries but I didn’t ask either so that might have been my fault. Be sure you ask for something if you go. There is no place to sit so you’ll have to eat in your car or take it home. Outside of some good food, it’s just a normal country gas station. I won’t make a special trip to visit Himm’s but if I’m in the area, I’d stop in again for a snack.

Himms has a good selection of items for a convenience store. They have a kitchen that has fried chicken pork chops chicken fingers and other stuff and they always do a real good job cooking. Himm’s staff and himself are very friendly I would recommend to anyone.

Very nasty attitude from the clerk and when the owner is there he overcharges for everything he rings up and when you correct him he has a nasty attitude and tells you to go somewhere else then.
