Carl and Susanne arrived at our AirB&B right on time and prepared the most beautiful and delicious Syrian appetizers. This alone was enough for our group for dinner, but the dishes just kept on coming. Greek salad was wonderful, all fresh garden veggies, and the shrimp scallop fettuccine was the best I’ve ever had, and I’ve had a lot, I live on the Oregon coast. The dessert was from fresh picked apples that were divine and when they left the kitchen was spotless.

Wild Thyme catered our annual Wine Club Dinner and served 70 of our members. Tristyne and Carl were an absolute joy to work with, coming up with creative alternatives for our guests with dietary restrictions and fantastic communication when I needed information during the process. I cannot express how much of a relief it was to have such a competent team handling the catering for the biggest event of the year for us. We will be using them for our events in the future and highly recommend that others do so as well.

Every of aspect of working with Trystine was exemplary. A celebration of life tailgate absolutely captured the essence with menu of smash burgers, jumbo hot dogs, three salads, fantastic dessert bars, and unbelievable grazing boards. Recommend Wild Thyme!!! Service is amazing.

I’ve used Wild Thyme twice to custom bake a cheesecake and a dessert assortment for a dinner party. Communication is consistent and timely. I particularly enjoyed collaborating on flavor or decoration to best match the occasion. And by way, best cheesecakes anywhere. Supporting a woman owned small business is icing on the cake lol. Wild Thyme is earns an A++++ from me! They catered Mt. View Cemetery’s Twilight Tour recently and helped make this annual event an absolute success. Participants raved about the food and the customer service is over the top. Highly recommend for your next event. I will definitely use them again!

I hired Wild Thyme to make custom charcuterie boxes for a wine club event at TruthTeller Winery. They blew it out of the park! Absolutely gorgeous presentation, including edible flowers. Tristyne even paired the cheeses with our club wines we were releasing. Our members LOVED the boxes! Thank you, Tristyne and Carl, for making our event a hit!! I would DEFINITELY recommend Wild Thyme for any catering event.

I have had the pleasure of enjoying meals from both the food truck, and a pop-up dinner at a local winery. The food truck serves more bistro style fare. Their frits and paninis are killer. I also got to attend a beautiful pop up dinner at Sagemoor Vineyard. Carl the chef, made roasted chicken, mushrooms, black rice and veggies, all of which tasted phenomenal and was cooked perfectly. Then Tristyne, a great baker, ended the night with a bright and refreshing ice cream cookie. When I visit Wild Thyme, I leave satisfied every time, not only because of the delicious and expertly prepared meals, but their positive vibes. They focus on sourcing fresh and local ingredient, which helps to build our Walla Walla community. If traveling through Walla Walla take the time to check these folks out, you won’t regret it.
