Dawn of Hope Cafe is my favorite local eatery and coffee shop! Their bacon, chicken ranch sandwiches with a side salad are my favorite! And I always have a hard time choosing between their delicious mango smoothie or a cookies n cream frappe (add the coffee!) today I tried their summer special strawberries n cream frappe and it’s delicious! Even with added coffee! Can’t forget how sweet all the baristas are and how cutely decorated the cafe is!

We stopped in on our way out of Colorado Springs and this place did not disappoint. Coffee was great and our breakfast sandwiches were delicious. Baristas were friendly & welcoming too. Highly recommend swinging in if you’re in the area.

Come for the coffee and stay for the view. This place is incredible, the service is stellar and the coffee is fantastic. I’m so glad I found this place when I did. I had only planned on staying a few hours but the environment was such that I ended up staying until close, getting lunch and multiple rounds of coffee. I cannot recommend this cafe enough.

Beautiful setting. Definitely off the beaten path, but absolutely a hidden gem! It looked to be a great event venue as well. I came across a recommendation for it in a Facebook group and stopped in sort of spontaneously on my way up to the mountains, but I for sure plan to visit this establishment again, and look forward to spending more time there.

Amazing views, great ambience, but I was pretty disappointed to see a cup of frothy bubbles when I ordered a latte. I recommend they have their baristas spend a weekend practicing how to properly foam milk. It’ll make a huge difference in quality, and you don’t have to be a latte art pro but microfoam is the basic requirement for a cafe these days. Would make this place a serious cafe.

We visited on a Sunday afternoon and received excellent service. The drinks lean a bit sweet but were very good, and there were plenty of alternative milk options. We also got a sandwich to go, which was delicious. The patio and the inside are both absolutely gorgeous, and the view over the sea of evergreen trees is an incredible bonus

This little restaurant/coffee shop is an absolute jewel tucked back in the countryside. My husband and I enjoyed the chicken bacon ranch panini sandwiches, strawberry lemonade, and peach lemonade. We couldn’t have been more pleased with the taste of the food, the thoughtful staff, and the amazing view from the deck! We will certainly be back to enjoy other delectables from the menu.
