Wild Ginger is a refreshingly distinct fine dining experience located at the heart of Cool Springs-featuring an eclectic blend of Pan-Asian, South American, and Western cuisine in the Pacific Rim style-with succulent selections for all palates, including the popular miso seabass, braised short rib, and a wide array of signature maki and tapas. Though restaurants categorized as “fusion” are mostly located in trendy metropolitan areas, Wild Ginger is the first and only of its kind in Middle Tennessee. This family-owned and operated restaurant’s perpetually growing popularity and devoted regular clientele make it essential for us to not just continually reinvent our menu, but more importantly, the entire dining experience.

Really enjoyed my experience at wild ginger this weekend. The service was phenomenal… We had the Calamari and Blue Crab Rangoon for appetizers which were so good. Might have been the best calamari ive ever had. For entrees we had the Honey Chicken and the Fish tacos alongside the Waikiki Roll. Great portions of everything and the server boxes our leftovers up for us.Would definitely visit again

I loved everything about this place. They play my kind of relaxing music, Jazz! The service was excellent. Layton, our server, was on point! The yum yum rolls, Kobe burger, and sweet potato fries were D-lic-cious! The presentation of the food was OMG! Sorry, I ate the yum yum rolls before thinking to get a pic.

Highly anticipated and excited about eating here. Had lunch with a friend and although the overall experience was solid, the food was good. Nothing mind blowing or exciting. Everything was pretty solid but execution or flavor profile could have been better. Little too much rice in the sushi or missing little something. It was good, just not great.

Dined at Wild Ginger on Tuesday night and enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere and attentive service. Known for its Asian fusion menu — especially sushi — the restaurant offers a nice variety of thoughtfully prepared dishes. The pan-seared diver scallops with risotto were beautifully cooked and flavorful with a generous portion. I had the tapioca-dusted fried red grouper with rice and vegetables; it was well-seasoned and enjoyable, though I was expecting a bit more crispness. Drinks, including an Old Fashioned and a hot toddy, were solid and nicely balanced. Overall, a very pleasant dining experience and a great spot if you’re looking for a quality Asian fusion restaurant.

This is one of those rare exceptional finds! I had the honey chicken, ginger salad, and tea. The salad and chicken was comparable in flavor and quality to rare authentic finds. On top of the exceptional food, the service is great. I did find it weird that I couldn’t pay extra for honey chicken and fried rice but once I started eating – I had no desire for the fried rice because the chicken’s flavor profile was already strong enough.

What a great spot. Food was amazing! It was cold in dinning room but other than that everything was great. The salmon and pesto gnocchi was delicious and was a large portion. Short ribs were so tender and full of flavor. Definitely highly recommend! We will be back

This is such a nice Asian fusion restaurant where the sushi is not only delicious but also beautifully presented. Their rolls menu offers a new/creative twist on traditional sushi. We ordered the Tsunami, Waikiki, and El Wildginger rolls, which were delicious. The service was quick and attentive. Our food arrived in less than 15 minutes. Overall, it was a fantastic dining experience!
