Great burgers, came with tater tots. Little on the pricey side. Beer came in an aluminum cup so drink stayed cool. We were served burgers 10 min after paying. Ate at the shaded benches nearby. For reference we grabbed an early lunch around 11:20am on a Friday.

Waited over 2 hours for burgers. Was told that the good cook whatever order they want when they come in. Several others waited over 2 hours as well. While standing in line waiting for our food after our order the orders were brought to the window approximately 1 every 15-20 minutes. There were two people working 1 register, and at least 5 in the back. Several times when the kitchen doors opened we could visibly see at least 2 of the kitchen worked leaving against the counter not doing anything. There was no sense of urgency from anyone. After waiting 2 hours for 3 plain cheeseburgers that cost us around $40, they gave us grief when we asked for refills from our $4 standard drinks (not typically free refills) just disgust from the staff, and discredit service.

Our party had 3 different orders placed. We were given the black square buzzers that blink and vibrate when your order is ready. We sat at the tables (didn’t wander off) and patiently waited and tried to keep the kids content. One of our buzzers died. After waiting for over an hour when inquiring two of our orders had never been turned in and the other had been placed in the pick up window at some point and someone else had grabbed it. So needless to say we will not be returning to Wild Burger.

Absolutely unorganized! You can order at the window or online. If you order at the window they give you a “buzzer” it’s supposed to light up when your order is ready, however they ended up calling out names. Sadly no one could hear their names. The workers were not being very loud. If you did not come, say you were around the corner on the side of the building because you were told the “buzzer” would alert you, your food sat, in the window with the wind blowing and dying (restaurant term). If you ordered online they would email you when it was ready, however that also proved to be the wrong choice since they will again call out for you and leave your food to die. It’s a wonderful zoo full of amazing animals but I recommend to bring your own food and do not waste your time not money at this place!

I wish I could leave 0 stars for this place! It took an hour & a half to even get the food (1 burger and 2 tots). THEN the food came out cold and WRONG. The workers give you an attitude when you “complain” about it being wrong. The coke was old and flat so we asked for a new one. And the lady working was so irate when she had to get us a new drink. The food is definitely not even worth the price even if it did come out right and didn’t have to wait over an hour.

Slightly on the expensive side (for what it is, anyway), but positively surprised by how good this is for in-zoo fast food. We liked the tater tots, especially the wild style ones (sauce, cheese, and bacon as toppings), and the burger was good!
