This place is soooo ridiculously good!! The food is so authentic and so is Wild Bill himself. I love the menu. I love the smell of the smoker. I love supporting a local business with killer food and amazing customer service! I love it all! We brought our dog and our 1 year old. We all had an amazing time! If you want the royal treatment, bring Bill a six pack of Bud light. You will not be disappointed.

You would think of New York as a spot for BBQ, but let me tell you folks this spot is a hidden gem! Friendly, down-to-earth people with delicious smoked brisket on a fresh roll. If I were you I’d stop in if you’re in the area and don’t forget to get your sandwich with a side of mac! Dirty kid approved:)

It’s a bit far from my office for a lunch spot, but I never turn down an opportunity to head over there. I’d put it easily in my top-three barbecue places in WNY based purely on the food itself. Plus, the owner is a delight, whether you’re just placing your order, or especially if you get a chance to chat during a lull. I wish I had more hands, so I could give him nine thumbs-up.

This is the best pulled pork in Western New York. Pulled chicken is great too, sides are good, Wild Bill’s homemade bbq sauce is amazing. The pulled pork sandwich is damn good and rivals any Southern bbq joint. Best bbq in WNY folks, and it’s not close either!!
