My fish was completely undercooked. Still clear and there is no way to contact management from their website to inform them. My hush puppies undercooked too they were still wet inside versus nice and soft like a hush puppy or biscuit. I’d love to have management review their cooking practices before someone gets sick. I attempted to go through the website and restaurant first. Please be careful. Their food is usually amazing, but my lunch break is very worrisome this time.

Everything was good. I had a three-piece chicken with dark meat. Turnip greens, macaroni and cheese, and mashed potatoes and gravy. With a roll and a hush puppy the only thing that was missing was the Brunswick stew I didn’t see it on the menu so I’m not sure if they still make that.

Live 52 min from this restaurant and needed to pick up food by 10:40 to deliver home by lunch (on a Mon.). Checked all other locations (2) closed on Mondays and 2 didn’t open until 11 and their order online didn’t work. So even though Grovetown location was a bit out of the way, their order online was working so I was able to place order and select 10:40 pickup time. Arrived a little before 10:40, and was greeted and offered entry (extremely clean) even though order wasn’t completely ready. THANK YOU GROVETOWN Wife Saver for EXCELLENT SERVICE!!

This is the only WifeSaver I will go too. I’ve been to the one on Furys ferry but it just doesn’t compare. This location should be voted BEST LOCATION. Chicken is top tier at grovetown. Consistent! Flavor! Seasoned! Delicious! Oh and they make there biscuits other locations don’t. Honey mustard. Everything. I went to Furys ferry when grovetown was closed and it’s awful chicken is a completely different. I don’t see how they are voted best. I’ve also been to the original Augusta location and they have fell off gross on the inside. Grovetown keep being great! I was so happy when I just received my family meal!ohh and the only thing I will say is I like the sweet potato tater tots at Furys ferry I wish they would do those in grovetown then it would be complete.

Food was not seasoned at all, but the sweet tea was good.. if they could season the chicken and the pork chop it we be a hit just my opinion. I was very disappointed and I spent 73 dollars.

I went & got a family chicken dinner with fries & Mac & cheese. The chicken tasted like it may have sat over night & they threw it back in the grease or something. I called in to make a complaint manager told me to bring food back in but I was not going all the way back to GT so I took a loss. Fries were cold & hard.

Been a customer since day 1. I go there to get a gallon of tea about three times a week. Until last week when the owner’s daughter which some how is Assisant Manager was very rude to me. They usually let me grab my own tea from the front of the display case and now they no longer do that which is fine but I asked for the freshest gallon of tea because I’ve had several that were spoiled. The owner has never had a problem with me exchanging the sour tea. And the night I spoke with his daughter about a fresh gallon she told me if I didn’t like it I can go elsewhere and get my tea. Never had a problem getting a fresh gallon made up.from any employee or the owner before. So a few days later I seen the owner and tried to explain to him what happened the night that his daughter was rude to me and he did not want to hear my side of the story he was just taking up for his daughter that was very rude telling me to go elsewhere. As he told me the same thing, I can go elsewhere and get my tea. He was just as rude as his daughter so you can tell they are family. Most of the employees know me there as Mr Chip, and know that I was coming to get a gallon of tea and already had it rung up before I got to the counter. The owners daughter is not the person to be in management talking to customers rudely over a gallon of tea. I’m 62 years old and she is maybe 21 or so. My daughters will not talk to adults like that, especially if the customer where they work is a regular customer with a smile.every visit. This is probably thevreason he has a big turn around on employees at this Grovetown Georgis Store. So now I go elsewhere…

This place has done a 180° turn. New management has brought the food back to where it needs to be and everything was fresh and still piping hot when I arrived home. I stopped going there some time ago because the food quality became horrible but have since went back twice. Awesome customer service. They are definitely back on the list for dinner night. I’m really appreciative of the fact that they have veggie plates. Oh so good. So my whole family can eat there. Yes it takes time to get your food but I’m okay with that because it was good. Hope they keep it up! Thank you…when is your Thanksgiving menu coming out?

The food is good. While they could possibly add seasoning. I’m more accepting of less seasoning than more. The portions are substantial, and the food is cooked perfectly. I have chosen their food over fast food on two consecutive weekends. The price is also very reasonable.

Food is not as good as other locations. Missing the house made ranch. The Mac and cheese was super eggy verse cheese like the others. Everyone is nice and the location is clean.
