Okay so this is unfortunate because Pizza Hut corporate HQ only allows for two employees working during a weekday. If one person misses time well no pizza buffet. The two fellows are working their butt off and it shows. There were gaps in when they had pizza ready to serve but overall they did great for the lunch rush hour. $9.99 for lunch buffet but drinks were extra and they don’t have a beverage fountain.

You will definitely regret ordering from this Pizza Hut. We always have trouble with our orders. The employees seem just not care. They are always short staffed. Any time I try to call, there is no answer. Today, in particular, I placed an online order and I placed it for curbside. When I arrived, I marked myself as here to pick up the order and waited in my car for a very long time I tried calling and as per usual no one answered the phone so I went inside and had to pick up my order and the employee’s excuse was that they were busy and that they were short staffed and didn’t know I was there. Unfortunately, this is a regular thing at this Pizza Hut and I would definitely not recommend ordering from this store.

Ordered pickup, two pizzas, double order of breadsticks and cheese sauce dip. Paid extra for the cheese sauce, they didn’t put the cheese sauce in the order. My daughter has been on the phone for 15 minutes, waiting for a manager to get a refund of $4.50 for something we didn’t get. Check everything in your order.

While ordering was fairly easy, the pizza was not that great. The cheese was super thick to the point that I felt like I would choke! The restaurant could use some major upgrades as it’s considerably outdated. The guy on duty took my order and brought it to me about 20 minutes later. I’m not sure if I will visit here again any time soon.

Amazing service Sunday night! Pizza was delivered so quick and was still hot. The phone service was excellent, even saved me some money! The delivery driver was extremely nice and very professional. KUDOS Brownsburg, you have a great team!
The pizza box is a great value.

Ordered a pizza with extra sauce. Got home and there appeared to be no sauce (or very little). Online receipt shows extra sauce ordered. Not sure I’ll order from here again.

Order a large 2 topping pizza with extra sausage, it was one pepperoni per slice and about 4/5 pieces of sausage per slice and little to no pizza sauce. Very horrible experience, Plainfield location is way better! This place is very very stingy with the toppings
