The last few times I’ve come to this location it has not been pleasant. Workers are always rude! Food is just getting worse. I usually go to McHenry which is where I need to stay going! Not the best pictures today but the fries were stale and our chili dogs were undercooked. Lemonade was water downed.

Walked from our house to get an ice cream, went into the dining room and where told the dining room was closed. This was at 7:45 in the evening on a Friday night. I told them can we get ice cream to go. Nope sorry the dining room is closed. Not going back and going to tell out neighborhood what happened. Excellent customer service! Don’t ever lose that because this is one of the biggest things that Wienerschnitzel has ALWAYS had among every other fast food establishment I have ever visited, and it’s a huge deal because so many fast food restaurants now a days are so quick to get you in and out. Your just a number to them. And they NEVER give you what you order. Food is always wrong. I have never had this issue with this Wienerschnitzel or any Wienerschnitzel for that matter. Wienerschnitzel seems to always hire the best of the best and must have wonderful training, because it’s like night and day compared to any other fast food establishments. Keep up the great work, newscaster it’s always a pleasure coming for lunch.

Does this place not have guidelines for wearing gloves and a mask when making the food? I just canceled my order there once I seen the tall white girl reach for her cell phone then grab a bun and make my children’s food with those same contaminated hands! She had NO GLOVES! And NO MASK ON! We are in a pandemic!! Then the cashier went over to help with no gloves after handling the contaminated cashier! Management needs to go over there procedures again about proper food handling!!!

Well from the outside it looks real nice the drive-through is a little funky trying to get into it but they were fast with our order and they have a large size chili cheese fries it was like heaven I really wish I would have took a picture but I was too busy stuff in my face stuff in my face
