First off, I came here maybe a month ago and it was delicious!
I have no idea what happened between then and now.
Service wasn’t really bad but the food was ridiculous.
I can’t believe I paid almost $20 for 2 burnt, all beef hot dogs, on a pretzel bun, and $2 for a pretzel bun with a “side of cheese sauce, like yu used to sell,” but instead I received a cup of shredded cheese… ♀️ ♀️ ♀️
How ridiculous… I’m so disappointed,
Also, they didn’t offer ketchup or mustard and none in the bag…

One person working at 8:40pm on a Friday night. Felt sorry for her. My kids were barely touching the credit card key pad when the lone worker went off on them- saying that they’d break it and told me I’d have to pay for it. We left without ordering.

Wienerschnitzel is one of my favorite spots. I’m one of those people keeping the chain alive. I go ever so often. But when I got hungry on the way home from mammoth I was excited to go here for some chili cheese dogs and chili cheese fries. But when I bit into the chili cheese dog, they were so overcooked and crunchy. I’ve never experienced anything like this in any Wienerschnitzel. I’m hoping it was a mistake and it’s not the norm here but from what I read in the comments this particular store really lacks decorum and consistency as opposed to other locations. I saw the low rating but still gave them the benefit of the doubt. No matter how many positive reviews I read about this location there is still no excuse for getting so many complaints and similar complaints over and over. Please do better.

Dishonest, ordered the chicago because it has tomatoes. Realized midway through eating it that it didnt have tomatoes and told them but they didnt do anything about it. Just said “ah we ran out”. They didnt communicate this at all” (Its 4pm right now). Disappointing. Please do better.

We stopped in a couple times on our travels while charging. One must wait for an employee to unlock the restroom but it’s understandable that businesses have had to do so. We were there yesterday (6/9) late afternoon but the gal working definitely lacked a smile and spunk. Almost as if she really didn’t want to be there but perhaps she was having outside factors affecting her mood. We had ice cream and floats on the very hot day.

Stop by for lunch and had the all beef chili cheese dog combo. It was very good. The store is very clean including the restroom. The cashier was named Joshua and he was very friendly and courteous.

Staff was nice, food was good but the dining room floors and chair legs were sticky which shouldn’t have been because they were only open an hour. There were atleast 3 workers, one could have cleaned the lobby. They only had 2 cars in the drive thru while i was dining inside so they definitely had time to clean.
