This place wouldn’t take my valid coupon. It was still good. The guy just didn’t want to help me and give me the deal. He said it’s only all the app. And I said no. It clearly says in all restaurants. He didnt want to take it. So I went to other jack and they took it. Idk what that guy problem was. But he needs to know his stuff and have better service.

Again I am missing food. Just left and 2 out of 3 orders were completely wrong. Server Gilberto S even switched my wrap to a salad without telling me. I am missing both my taco orders and they gave me 2 out of 3 drinks with the wrong drink. VERY DISPLEASED with the service.

Poor drive through service at 1335 Dudley in Pomona, Ca.!! Pablo P. Is a poor individual to be working the drive through!! I asked if they have sour cream and was offered coffee creamer. Then I asked if my nuggets were in the bag. He stated RUDELY ” They’re in the bag”. I told him he should be more polite because I was just asking. I went inside and asked to speak to the manager and Pablo P. AGAIN RUDELY stated and pointed and said ” She’s right there “. I told the manager she should put someone more polite at the drive through because it is too early to be RUDE to customers. PABLO P. IS A POOR INDIVIDUAL FOR THE DRIVE THROUGH! If PABLO P. is unhappy with his job find another job. This store needs a drive through audit BADLY! EMPHASIS ON CUSTOMER SERVICE!
