Ok food. Poor service
Went for a chocolate dipped cone but I hadn’t had dinner yet and the sign for the double smash burger was effective advertising. ( I don’t want to think about the calories,lol. ) Anyway, I asked how much but she couldn’t get past the single party combo. Finally, she seemed to understand and I placed my order. At the window she had a vanilla cone. I reminded her it was a dipped cone. I should have double checked the burger. But didn’t so I paid 16.99 for a single patty. Even if my order was correct, this is one of the most expensive fast food chains. But it wasn’t.
The burger was a burger. Fries a bit salty for my taste. Dipped ice cream nostalgic.
If anyone from this company reads this: advertising only goes so far: if it’s not on the menu and staff don’t know it’s on the menu, and then customers don’t get it after struggling to order it. And paying a premium for it. They are not going to come back.

Lackluster experience. I went around 8pm and the staff I had read about in the reviews prior to going apparently was not there. Very dry personality did not even welcome me or acknowledge me just gave me my bag. I used the drive thru. I asked for mustard and was told they do not have mustard. This was my first time trying Wienerschnitzel. Can’t say I would go back…. DO BETTER.
