I spotted this Wendy’s location while driving from a job site and decided to stop to use the restroom and get a bite. I was disappointed because they had the dining area closed therefore I couldn’t use the restroom and had to walk up to the drive-thru window to order my food. While waiting I noticed that outside had a lot of trash and the windows needed to be cleaned. My fries and nuggets were cold but the staff was nice.

Pulled up to eat for lunch to find out the dinning room is closed, no reason given. Went through the drive thru. Had an in app promo but they said their scanner was broken so I could pay full price or go park and order online. I parked, ordered online and went through drive thru again. After all that, they got the order wrong and gave me some kind of burger instead of a spicy chicken and the “large” fry was half full… this place is a joke.

Go somewhere else! Cause these mfrs clearly don’t follow simple instructions. Spicy chicken sandwich with no tomatoes and this is what I get. If you don’t wanna work fast food why WORK there. they’re already slow and not being able to follow simple instructions doesn’t make it better. Shut this incompetent place down.

The food, awesome. Best Wendy’s I ever had. The service was pretty good, but the store itself, it has a logo from the 1900’s, the restaurant had multiple flies, and the place wasn’t clean itself.

If I could give negative stars I would. The employees are rude and disrespectful. Food not handled properly ~ using safe food handling procedures. OLD OLD fries mixed with new ones. Had a burger prepared mistakenly ~ just sitting there for Awhile and when someone ordered that particular one they gave them that one instead of making them a fresh one. Cookies were overdone and Hard. Bathroom is filthy. Lobby disgusting – tables sticky, chairs dirty. When a lady asked for a different cup, because something was floating in her soda, they told her she’d have to pay for it. This place should be shut down. Despicable

Placed an online order was told I would have to come inside, only problem was all of the entrances were locked. Was told to park waited for 20 minutes only for an employee to come out and asked what did I order. So, I sent my son inside with my phone for them to verify my order. Wait it gets better 80% of what was ordered they did not have or was not willing to make since they closed in 30 minutes. At this point I had been waiting for 42 minutes. The manager was the icing on the cake on top of being loud, ghetto and unprofessional she refused to refund my money or at least accommodate my request. Basically demanded we leave HER establishment! This restaurant is usually my go to because the food is always fresh however I will have to double think spending anymore of my money there.
