If I could write this zero stars, I would I just wanna start off by saying I had horrible experiences with this restaurant the people who work here are unprofessional especially the main guy who works there is rude. then it takes about 30 minutes for one car to move in the drive-through line. The guy who works there doesn’t like to answer any type of questions and kept demanding that We pay when I repeatedly asked if he could repeat my order and he kept saying the price that we had to pay without answering any questions. Then I look in my food bag to see all my food thrown into the bag without no care and smooshed. Then me and my wife open up our hotdog and fries and it’s just messy with no chili no cheese on anything. My chili cheeseburger was stale, hard and pale. And I was missing so much food and my drinks were flat with about a pound of ice in each cup to wear I only sipped on it for one second and my soda was gone. This place is very unprofessional

I got my corn dogs to go. Although it was a lovely day and there’s places to sit at the restaurant outside. I did not feel like being an attraction for those driving by and stopping at the light near the restaurant. The corn dogs were good. I mean, what do you expect? It is wiener snitzel’s nothing to write home about just your average corn dogs. The fries here are so good!

The food was good but the service was terrible. I ordered a “junkyard” and the menu said $4.79… but on the receipt it came out to $6.19… I asked the waiter why and he said it was “all beef” and I hadn’t asked for any upgrades. The waiter not only didn’t want to say his name, he closed the window in our faces. I’ve never seen that before!

I ordered three of their 3 for $6 meals today (that’s two chili dogs, and a chilly fry) the older lady Deborah handed me three separate bags with the three specials in their own bags, I asked for mustard. She said it was already in the bag. I said OK thank you and I left. The problem was when I got home and looked in the side of the bags. I was missing one of the chili cheese fries from one of the specials and no mustard so I drove back to Wienerschnitzel and informed Deborah that I was missing a chili fry from one of my bags which she said, I was not because she packed them herself and continued to yell back in the kitchen that I was lying and trying to make up the fact that I’m missing a fry. As I tried to explain to her that indeed it was missing a fry and also the mustard which she had told me was in the bag. She then gave me attitude saying I never asked her for any mustard. Then would only give me three packs. I did end up getting my other chili cheese fry after I was adamant that I did not get it but the unprofessionalism coming from this lady looks bad on the establishment. She is very rude. I should probably give her customer service training.

I love their chilli cheese fries. Go to their website for amazing coupons. All of the staff is very friendly, specially this lady, she’s been there for years, always very friendly and nice. They have a younger guy, bigger, who seems like he was court ordered to work there, I haven’t been there in a bit, but every time I see him, I know the experience will be mediocre. I doubt he’ll last long to be honest.

Which ever dude worked today 10/10 around 4 needs to be fired. Rude and basically threw the money on the floor. If you don’t want people to see you working at a fast food job work a different job then, dont take it out on people because your embarrassed. Not even a decent shake, only had 1 other person in line no one in the in person line. Hire competent, at least semi friendly, people.

No comment on the food. Employees were wonderful. I hate the AI on the drive the drive thru speaker box. Unnecessary and just an opening for mistakes and grief from prankster kids
