The food here is phenomenal! I tried it for the first time couple days ago and it was mouthwatering literally the burgers are amazing, the milkshakes are wonderfully delicious, the mozzarella sticks are really good, the fries are good and the chicken here is really good too! Definitely will be coming back for more soon

Phenomenal, fresh, flame grilled burgers cooked to order; huge, fresh, perfectly cooked shrimp; tasty wings. Bring cash, cuz this small business can’t afford the exorbitant fees credit card companies charge. But if you want fresh food fast cooked to order and dished up by a friendly, charming couple (married 24 years!!!), this is the place. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

I was born and raised in Chicago but have lived in the DC area for 15 years, and I always come home for hometown food. Well i always crave harolds, but not anymore, not after eating here. The young man that waited on me was super professional and after a little conversation while waiting on my food i found out he and his dad were the owners, talk about generational wealth! So needed in the black community, way to go!!! Then i found out the young mans girlfriend was the cook that day. What a sweetheart ,good looking couple. I enjoyed and appreciated the whole experience. Oh i did buy all the carmel cake as well wheew they were so good !!!! WAY TO GO DUKES !!! I will be back every time i come home. Hey you think i can get a cake shipped, 15 years and no one knows about a caramel cake smh. Go to Dukes no disappointment there. My new hometown favorite

Spent $20.00 take out for the grilled catfish dinner and shrimp basket. Both were terrible. The shrimp tasted like french fries, no taste at all. The catfish was just as bad, no seasoning, cheap house dressing on the salad. Poor presentation. In summary, the food was awful. Supposedly, they are under new management but if this typical, they will not be around long.

Love all the food at Dukes. Favorite is grilled talapia with salad and red beans and rice. My 15 year old son has always said the burgers are amazing dad. I also think there the best around. Shrimp and wings great. Even puts out a good hot dog and on from the Southside of Chicago where you get the dogs from carts with steamed buns.

Best shrimp and catfish, fried or grilled in the south suburbs. Grilled salmon is great too. The salad has an awesome homemade vinaigrette dressing. Ample portions, enough to share.

They sold me a cheeseburger on a stale bun. The patty was dry. It had way too much mayonnaise. The jalapeno poppers were so salty, it looked like a whole handful of salt was on them & they tasted like they were made from frozen, not fresh.

Burger too messy and big for the little thin bun. Had gizzard and it was too salty because of the overwhelming taste of celery salt. Too many salty seasonings. Inedible.
