I recently visited this location and used the drive-thru. I want to be clear that the employees were polite and helpful, especially the gentleman at the window who corrected my order quickly.
However, the automated speaker system (which I believe may be AI-based) made ordering very difficult. It struggled to understand my request, and the interaction felt frustrating and inefficient. I eventually had to pull forward to have a staff member fix the order manually.
I appreciate the staff’s professionalism, but I hope management reviews the drive-thru speaker system, as it negatively impacted the overall experience. The team deserves a system that supports them and customers better.

As good as it can get as far as hot dog fast food is concerned. The service isn’t lightning fast, but often the fries and such are fresh. The staff is always friendly. The drive through is some sort of AI ordering system, but it’s pretty accurate. Wide drive through if you’re in a large vehicle.

Received the best customer service one could have in a drive thru. Order was prepared quick and the employee working was super attentive and kind. He made sure my morning started off on the right foot.

Interesting experience. I have not been in years! (My old Coronado High School hang out)……..However, two chili cheese dogs, two polish dogs, and a large French fry was $20.00!!!!! Incredible . Won’t be going again any time soon.

Absolutely disgusted on how this place is managed and treats there costumers because this isn’t the first time I’ve had a worker from here talk bad about me in front of my face. I’m normally not one to complain about food or go back to get it fixed. I had asked for my order with chilie cheese fries but no cheese, and what do I receive… fries with only cheese that looked disgusting… so I decided to go back and told them nicely that the order was wrong and as I’m waiting for my fries I can hear the worker (Brenda) saying this was my fault and how stupid could I be because she repeated my order to me and some how I still came back to complain. Hope this place is happy with how rude their employees are.

This is one of the few places open late in this town, so I really have to credit them for that. We got a couple burgers and a couple Chicago dogs. The dogs were far better than the burgers, but it was all fine. Don’t have high expectations, and you won’t be disappointed!
