My husband and I placed an order in the app and stopped here for drinks after walking around in the area. They were out of the drink I ordered (lemonade) and the person helping us was very apologetic and friendly! This location is very convenient to the area near the mall and it’s off hwy 71 just enough that traffic is not too bad entering or exiting.

This Sonic drive-in on Main st in Fayetteville is by far the worst tasting hamburgers I’ve EVER tasted. They sopped my burger with a cup of mustard. I called and complained, so the second time around it tasted as if they boiled my patty instead of fried it. So sad…. I wouldn’t recommend. They need a new cook. I’ll never spend my hard earned money there again..

I really don’t think the cooks here could make a good breakfast burrito if their lives depended on it. Sometimes there’s no meat, sometimes the entire burrito is soggy, sometimes it isn’t even hot. I’ve complained about this multiple times, gotten a refund *once*. This Sonic is one of the worst ones in the area, no contest. If it wasn’t right down the street from my house I would make it a point not to visit this location. Truly a sad situation.

Messed up our order 3 times. Did not get all that we ordered. Carhop when asked about order stated “I don’t know” and laughed. Very unprofessional. 10 out of 10 would not recommend this sonic.

The staff were very kind, but the service was slow and the food portion was very bad (see photo below). I paid $5.50 for a “medium portion of jumbo popcorn chicken” and this is what I received. Barely even tossed in sauce and extremely overpriced. Hopefully I can get a refund, they did not include a receipt.

This is my favorite Sonic in the area, the food usually taste better there. The ladies are so charming and they make the best Ultimate Burrito in the area. I drive from the other side of Springdale when I have the urge for a Ultimate Burrito or any Sonic food!

Yeah it’s about 9:45 p.m. and I decided I need a little bit of something to eat cuz I’m out working and I went to Sonic cuz of course hold in there cuz I love their shakes and I just wanted a small shake it was going to be chocolate but I changed my mu ))lgot the strawberry and it was delicious so I asked him if he could make me a fresh one cuz I don’t like them if they’ve been sitting now and he said five to eight minutes ago so they’re pretty fresh unless you and I was hoping he was telling the truth you know and he was he told the truth and it was good it was delicious and it was still hot in the middle and everything and he came right out I mean he was out in 3 minutes with my shake and my corn dog and he didn’t bring but one mustard and I said oh no I need at least two more mustards I love mustard with my corn dog so he brought me three more and just one ketchup just in case and some more napkins and I just thought he was really nice and he was very prompt, everything he said was true and I think he was a really cool worker or manager or assistant manager, whichever he was. He was really on the ball, very quick, very efficient, very neat, very polite and very good food. I will go back to that Sonic because I’ve never had that special of treatment in any other Sonic than I had in the Johnson Son here by Fayetteville Arkansas thank you kudos to him
