I’m writing this review for two reasons. The first reason is Xaile! I’ve been coming here for a long time and every time I come here whether it’s to dine in or drive-through she is here and she is absolutely amazing at what she does. Her customer service is spectacular and I hope whoever the owners are of this place, realizes the asset they have in her. Promote her give her more money Because she is excellent. I did not learn her name until this afternoon, but I always recognize her face and she Has always had a smile and a great attitude every interaction I’ve had with her. The second reason I’m writing this is because y’all gotta get rid of that ridiculous AI ordering system. That thing is just dumb. It makes it more difficult for your employees and it makes it more difficult for your customers. I get wanting to move into the future, but we ain’t reinventing the wheel here we’re buying and selling hotdog right? The old saying if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it. That AI thing is broke and y’all need to fix that.

This was my first time at Wienerschnitzel in years. I had the junkyard hotdog, and I substituted ketchup for mustard. I also had a small fry and a medium strawberry lemonade. The food was fine and the restaurant was very clean. The dining area is pretty small, so if you have a large group, I’d suggest ordering to go. My dining experience was fine, and I’d visit again sometime.

We all know that Wienerschnitzel is good American fast food but the service here is above and beyond. They’re fast, friendly, and our order is always correct. Go hungry!

I was very disappointed with my experience at this location. When I visited a couple weeks ago, the service was slow, and everyone seemed uninterested in helping us. We waited over 15 minutes just to place our order, and when the food finally was ready, it was cold and incorrect.
When I politely brought this up, the response was dismissive and unprofessional, which made the situation worse. The owner was there and was completely inconsiderate. As a customer, I expect basic courtesy and attention, especially when paying full price. There was serval other occasions that something similar has happened and it is unfortunate to see nothing has changed.
I know this has happened to several other people and I think it’s time to have new owners if they want to keep loyal customers. I hope this feedback is taken seriously. The only thing that made this experience here better was the young lady taking the order.

There is the NICEST guy at the drive thru! Tall dark haired ( sorry didn’t catch his name) I had forgotten my wallet and he gave me an ice water! Thank you for being so kind!!

First time going to a wienerschnitzel and I have to say it was really good. Chili dog was good. Soda was extra crisp the way I like it and the fruit loop dipped Ice cream cone is amazing!!!.

Tried it out for dinner, we were running behind on time and when we pulled there was no long wait. Made out order and it was ready promptly. We had the jalapeño poppers, corn dogs, double cheeseburger, and chili cheese hot dogs, & the chili cheese bacon ranch fries. Everything was good.

I don’t understand why this restaurant uses ai on the drive through speakers and then continues to blame the customer for it not working correctly, rather than stepping in and using their microphone to talk to the customer themselves. It is one of the most difficult processes and it’s ridiculous to deal with. Makes the drive through experience way longer than it needs to be for “fast” food. Every time I have to deal with this process it makes me want to go to wienerschnitzel way less. Stupid way to run a restaurant. Food was fine, experience was just downright bad.

I got chili cheese fries, chili cheese dog, jalapeño poppers, and a medium mango lemonade. I’m eating my chili cheese fries and saw something. I pulled it out and what did I find a long hair strand in my fries. You can tell it came from my fries it still had some cheese attached to it. This is disgusting and it tells me no one wears hair net in there. That was my first and last time ordering from here.

S/o the night manager Marquis. I drive from Austin to San Marcos even though there’s a location closer to me on Braker lane. I pulled up at exactly 9:30pm when I noticed he was locking the dining area. The sign on the window says the indoor dining closes at 10pm and I know this because I been coming here for months. I appreciate the fact that he opened the door and had a conversation with me and he explained that when it’s slow they close early. After I explained my situation and how far I have to drive he allowed me to come in and dine. We need more people like marquis that are able to think for themselves and not just regurgitate words like a robot. This is the kind of person that won’t be replaced by Ai technology. Sometimes the littlest things make the biggest difference.
