Very disappointed. I Paid over $10.00 for a hotdog, fries and drink that tasted worse than I could make at home. If you like slow, poor customer service for food that isn’t that good, this is the place for you.

Ordered a deluxe burger and a chicken nugget kids meal for my kid. Could not be happier. They were nice, took a couple mins. Burger was made and tasted like i was at a family cookout. Fries are better than fresh McDonald’s ones and that’s saying a lot iykyk. I dont know why people are having such a fuss over this place.

We enjoyed Weiner Works, but it is very much fast food/concession stand food. The service was fast and the employees were very friendly. In terms of quality, it reminded me of canned sauerkraut, hot dog chili, etc. The regular serving size is fairly small, but the price and flavor was good. We also tried the large sausage dog which was great and a little spiciness to it. Despite the name, they also serve burgers and chicken nuggets. Further, you can get fan merchandise and desserts including apple pie and banana pudding. The place serves Pepsi products also. The interior is a bit dated and needs a deep scrub.

They got my order wrong on the inside workers and then I tried to get it corrected and they got an attitude about fixing my order and made me pay twice for hushpuppies that she had already ordered and paid for. They said they could not give away food well who the hell asked them to. Just do your job and get stuff right the first time and drop the attitude!!!!

My husband always loves going to Weiner Works because of their footling deluxe and cheese fries. He always gets the footling deluxe with no mustard, add slaw, ketchup and cheese. With the fries he always gets it with just cheese only..
Well of course they picked the night that he definitely was craving for Weiner works and what do they do??? DING DING DING! GIVE US A MESSED UP ORDER.
First off we made sure that we said our order and instructions to those order very clearly and the cashier even repeated the order. We get home and opened everything the fries that chili cheese and onions on it and sour cream when we specifically asked for just cheese! And then we get the footling deluxe he took a bite and what does it have? MUSTARD! On my foot long I said no slaw and add extra Mayo and even with that it’s messed up because my order was the complete opposite mustard was added and no MAYO! SMH
That’s the last time Weiner works over in HOPE MILLS RD will be getting our money!

I went Sunday to the drive thru. I ordered and got my food. I got home husbands footlong didn’t have correct ingredients, and my fry delight no chili didn’t have sourcream that was ok easy to fix. I started eating one of my CHICKEN sandwich and discovered it was RAW half way through. I immediately spit everything out and went back for a refund. I was informed only owners could do refunds and that it wasn’t even the first CHICKEN sandwich of the day to be served RAW. I waited around 30 minutes demanding a refund and no one could reach the owners. I couldn’t stay longer due to having to get ready for work myself. I was assured I’d get a call back if I left my name and number. I never did get a call nor a refund and it’s been 2 days. I did contact the health department to inform them of this situation yesterday. Weiner works used to be one of my favorites. The only place I would eat hotdogs from. Been going there since I was a child and was even their first customer along with my brothers and mom when they opened that location. I tried to carry on the tradition with my kids but no longer. That said I will never be eating here again the thought of RAW, UNDERCOOKED FOOD is unacceptable and disgusting. I know it’s been going down hill for years but I tried to stay supportive but no longer. Then for them to have the the audacity not to even reach out and make this situation right is insultful. DO NOT EAT HERE ITS NOT WORTH YOUR SAFETY OR THE SAFETY OF YOUR FAMILY.
