We started with the shrimp, delicious and hush puppy: very good. We also had the blackened tuna tacos, so yummy. We also had the fish and chips, not greasy, light, very good flavor. We ordered a carrot cake to go because we were told it was made from scratch : did not disappoint. The service was great. We will definitely be back!!! Awesome food!!!!

Tried this place out for the first time. Ordered the crab cake sandwich, lump crab with shrimp, and crab dip from here. The crab cake was flavorful and pretty good. The lump crab and shrimp was doused in butter and great too. The crab dip was pretty bland, I had to add salt and pepper to add some flavor, the pita chips it came with were unique and had a nice crunch to it, but wouldn’t order the crab dip again. The side of coleslaw and mashed potato was really good, and the chips are homemade.

We searched Google for a good crab restaurant as we were nearing Chesapeake VA in our way back north. We decided on Wickers due to menu options we could see online and good recommendations on Google. Recommendations were right! The food was Very good and amazing service, even though it was pouring rain When we got there the hostess was trying her best to get everyone seated quickly since the outdoor seating got temporarily closed due to the storms. Food was amazing and waitress was great. Will definitely return when we’re in the area again

Great food, great service, great atmosphere, great prices! We are so blessed to live in the same neighborhood as this wonderful local restaurant! Every time we visit, we are treated with the best smiles, friendliest welcome, and made to feel very valued and appreciated. If I was to name all the amazing staff who have taken exceptional care of us, you would get tired of reading this review because it would be so long! For a guaranteed enjoyable dining experience, visit Wicker’s!

It was alright… fried deviled crabs were good. The fried crabs, the crab Mac n chz, soft shell crabs, were pretty …. Crabby. If you know what I mean…. Tasted like the sea. A lot of breading & it didn’t have the best taste.. The potatoes were kinda bland… the green beans had thick black pepper & some other kind of seasoning that hurt ur teeth when biting down on, idk what they are called but could def leave those nasty things out. They look like little worm shells… spent roughly $90… the hot sauce vinegar combo was awesome it saved alot of the food. Customer service was good.

Hidden gem of Norfolk. They got the best seafood, and the bread pudding was to die for . Staffs were super friendly, Brittney and even the cook staff were able to make sure I enjoyed their food .

Everyone was so friendly, and gave us great recommendations, since this was our first time. Wicker’s probably has the BEST She-crab soup my wife and I have ever had, along with some of the very best crab dip! The crab cakes were very good, nearly 100% lump crab meat!
Thel seasoned red potatoes were a wonderful change from the same old mashed potatoes which nearly everyone has. They have corn on the cob! My wife really enjoyed her broiled seafood Platter. The only negative thing I can say is that we felt a little cramped… Otherwise everything, the food and the service was wonderful! WE WILL BE BACK!!!

The ambiance was good, there were a lot of people inside enjoying their seafood fix. Staff was friendly, we were seated right away, plenty of indoor and outdoor seating.
We ordered oyster Rockefeller – it wasn’t typical oyster Rockefeller where it’s baked or broiled on the shell. It was more like fried or baked oysters topped with cheese and stuff. Tastes good, but nothing extraordinary.

Stopped here on our way to the outer banks, staff was so friendly and accommodating to our family. Our first time in the area and they showed us how to crack and open the crabs. Food was very good and had good options for our land lovers. Would definitely recommend stopping here when in the area!
