Restaurant should be named “Wicked Gross Bar & Grill”. Starting with drinks: all specially drinks were $11 and absolutely no trace of alcohol. We all ordered different drinks and they all tasted like straight juice. Wait staff was extremely slow and inattentive. DO NOT WASTE YOYR MONEY HERE!! Food is GROSS clearly frozen & heated. I ordered steak tips and should have known they wouldn’t be worth the $25 when the waitress said they can’t cook too requested temperature. You get it medium well or nothing. Friend ordered fish & chips. They were sopping in grease, nasty. The other in my party ordered pot roast. It was cold, dry, and said it tasted like corned beef. All the food was super bland, dry, and came out cold but the plates were piping hot. Hmmm. My entire party was disappointed. Will never eat here again. You are better off going to the food court where you’ll for sure get better quality food.

I was hoping this place was going to be great. I had heard all good things. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case. I started with the “French open” onion soup appetizer. It was extremely bland and you could tell it was microwaved by the amount of cheese that seemed to have exploded onto the side of the bowl. Then I ordered the sirloin steak. I asked for it to be cooked medium and received it well done. The mashed potatoes tasted like what I would imagine elementary school paste to taste like. For $21.99, this was incredibly disappointing and sub-par. The hostess did offer to send it back to the kitchen, however, I’m not one to make a big fuss over stuff like this. I just sucked it up and ate what I was given. The one pro of the entire dish was the garlic butter they use atop of the steak. The two stars is because the staff was very nice, otherwise, one star would’ve been too much I feel.

I don’t know if this place has more people at different times but everytime we’ve eaten here it is practically empty. We usually eat here late afternoon. The food is very good and plentiful. It is a little pricey but if you have points it’s worth going. I gave it 4 points because of the prices. Don’t know if it will still be open when they open the new section but in the meantime give it a try.

We were seated and our server James took our order right away because we knew what we wanted. As our drinks were almost gone he brought more right over and cleared dishes away immediately as we were finished without us asking. He was the best server we have had in a while. They are very fortunate to have James working for them. I also let James know my thoughts on his service. Thank u for our wonderful dining experience

Ordered beer. Took 10 minutes before was told tab being bled and I said I was OK to wait and we ordered sandwiches. Twenty minutes later server came over and I asked where beer and meal was. Most tables around arrived after us and were eating already as place maybe 2 thirds full. She is like I thought they brought it out, even though she walked by our table 5 minutes earlier. Went with a lemonade. 5 minutes later or meal came out. Not a good experience and food was old bit more expensive than you would think.

Don’t let the name fool you. We ordered drinks that were beyond watered down for what we were charged for. When we told the waitress we were told it’s a measured pour, but there wasn’t a pour to begin with. We ordered the pot roast, the steak tips and fish and chips. All were sent back after eating maybe 2 bites. The pot roast wasn’t the right cut of meat and tasted like corned beef. The steak tips seemed to be reheated and couldn’t be cooked by request: we were told they don’t temperature their meat. The fish and chips were extremely greasy/oily. The veggies that came with both were absolutely frozen and microwaved and were unseasoned, and the mashed potatoes were pasty, not seasoned or fresh. The waitress was kind enough to take the entrees off the bill for us, and we know it wasn’t her fault. She was the only waitress on for 10+ tables, so they really didn’t set her up for success. For being an expensive restaurant in a casino you would think the quality would be better, but we were severely unimpressed and will not be returning.

A good pub type place that had a decent price for a good meal. It was a quick go to before our concert.

I ordered a salad with honey mustard on the side but I didn’t get that. It’s a salad how can you screw up. The right thing to do is to let me know they didn’t have what is on the menu will never eat at this place again.
