Who’s on Third is a premier sports bar and social bar in Downtown Milwaukee’s Old World Third Street entertainment district, just steps from Fiserv Forum. Known for its electric atmosphere, wall-to-wall TVs, great food, and ice-cold drinks, it’s a go-to destination for game days, nights out, and group gatherings.
Open for lunch, late nights, and everything in between, Who’s on Third is just as popular for socializing when there’s no game on as it is for watching the big one. We also offer courtesy shuttles to Brewers games, concerts, Summerfest, State Fair, and other major Milwaukee events—making us an easy pre- and post-event stop downtown
Chill sports pub with wings, cheese curds & other American eats, plus craft beers & weekend brunch.

Came for the grilled wings and they did not disappoint! Sriracha Ginger and the classic hot were a hit. Loved the sweet potato fries, great way to soften the heat from the gumbo. Chef Ali, Sam, and Taylor made it a great experience – I’ll be back to try the other wing flavors and a brat (or three). I went on a game night which explains the crowd but thankfully everything came out quick and the bartenders were prompt with keeping my glass full.

I would rate as a 3.5, but I’m rounding down because of the overall average score. I’m also dropping a point because of the gratuity situation I detail below. I’ll modify it back upward if there’s some clarity.
We sat on the front patio during lunch service. The good came out fairly quickly. We had a salad and some wraps. Ordering the chicken “blackened” is the right move.
Pricing was reasonable for lunch and drinks.
Even though only 3 of us were seated, the bill included an automatic “large group gratuity” of 20%. I’m guessing it’s just added to every patio service, but I think it should be clearly stated on the menus.
I normally tip 25-30% so I don’t care about the amount, but I almost tipped 25% on top of the 20% gratuity. I feel like it was intentionally misleading on the part of the restaurant.
I also hope that the 20% is actually a gratuity and not a service charge absorbed by the business. I understand wanting to protect the servers especially with the extra distance for serving outside…but I have questions….

Stopped in for lunch before going to Chano’s Warehouse next door.
Staff was super friendly. Tasty St Patty’s cocktails. I had a burger which was exactly what you hope a bar burger would taste like. Greasy, flavorful and delicious. My friend had chicken tenders in a yummy tempura type breading. We had cheese curds for appetizers…. Yum!
Prices are spot on in my opinion. Food was great. Cocktails were great. Excellent service.

Second time coming to this restaurant and still had a great time! I think they have the best cheese curds I have ever had. Fresh battered. Giant curds. Make sure you get the special sauce. They are awesome. The brat options were phenomenal. This area has a lot to offer. If you’re looking for some good food with a fun environment you should definitely give Who’s On Third a look

Had an awesome time at Who’s on Third thanks to the amazing team working that night. Izzy was holding it down behind the bar with fast, friendly service and great energy that really made the place feel welcoming. Ruben was on point with the food — everything came out quickly and he still took the time to check in, which really stood out. And big shoutout to Reid, the barback, who was nonstop making sure everything stayed stocked and running smoothly behind the scenes. You can tell the whole crew works well together and genuinely cares about the customer experience. Can’t wait to come back!

We came here on a Sunday night. Sat down at an empty table outside. The table clearly wasn’t cleaned. We sat down hoping someone would come clean it. But no one came to clean it. Wiped it down with paper towels ourselves cuz we didn’t want our kids to pick up anything and put into their mouths. Came here for the cheese curds, they ran out. We ordered wings and a loaded brat. Took over 45 minutes for the food to come out. Check came out to be over $50 for wings, a loaded brat, and a drink. There was a 20% large table surcharge. It was just me, my husband and my two kids who aren’t even two yet. When asked the waitress about it, she just said it’s automatically added on for this weekend. In addition, there’s a $1.49 surcharge for paying with credit card. The overall experience was just not pleasing. We were visiting from out of town and came here on recommendations from the locals. Left very disappointed with the food and the service. Won’t come back again!

We stopped here after a basketball game for some dinner on a Tuesday night. It was a great atmosphere, lots of people around, and we had some great food. We had a bratwurst, burgers, and some soup as well as some cheese curds. We really enjoyed the place, the waiter was fantastic and we would recommend coming here again.

The name was cool & decor…but I definitely bought the wrong thing. The hand battered tenders were tough, & the fries were rock hard. My brother’s food looked good. He got a brat, & cheese curds. I definitely didn’t enjoy my meal. The waiter wasn’t really paying attention to us either, when our drinks were empty. Not a good visit. Your experience will probably be better.
