I came across Whoa Dough on Instagram, and I was intrigued and eager to try the product, so I ordered a 10 pack of the sugar cookie bars. However, I have also recently started following a Keto diet and upon realizing that the Woah Dough bars that I had ordered did not meet the requirements of my diet I reached out to the company explaining my situation and asking what my refund/return options were. To my surprise, within 24 hours I had received both a refund and a response back from the company owner informing me that I had received a refund. They additionally told me to keep the bars that I had ordered and to share with my friends if I would like.
I am very pleased with this excellent customer service and to what I imagine is a delicious product as well!
