I used to love coming here to eat and was always happy with what I got, but the last few times I’ve come I have been disappointed with the portion sizes. They are incredibly small it’s almost laughable. They have two sizes- regular and small. I got the small and it was literally the size of my daughters kids meal. I’ve been to several other places where even the kids meals have better portions than what is given here.

I was greatly impressed with your cashier. He was welcoming and sincere, handling my large order with skill and patience. The team had everything ready in under five minutes, and he even offered to help carry the order to my car. A true leader.

Andrew from the Draper Noodles and Company was truly awesome. It has been a while since I’ve been to Noodles and the menu changed a bit. He was incredibly helpful and courteous. He offered some suggestions and clarifications. He provided a menu to see better. Checked in when the food was served and made sure everything was to our liking. The service truly blew me away and I want to make sure he gets his recognition.

First timer here. The food was good. The first experience with the staff wasn’t the friendliest, but we went again a different day and it was much better. Three atmosphere is typical for a modern warehouse feel. They had a free kids meal for an adult regular meal you get. That was nice!

Other Noodles and Co. locations have been great- go to one of those and don’t waste your money at this one. This location has got issues. Our food was served cold after several people who ordered after us were served. Half the tables in the restaurant were dirty as was the floor. The noodles were undercooked, and they used half the sauce and chicken I’m used to receiving at other locations when ordering the same dish.

I am a customer service worker. I came in a full hour before close and the workers had already shut EVERYTHING down. They acted like I was putting them out by being there. If it is withing 30 minutes of close I think that feels justified. A full hour is crazy.

I like this place. Been ordering from them for like 3 months now and haven’t had any issues with my food. Today I got my order and there was an issue with it. I called and explained it and they actually listened. Now the issue is resolved and im happy at the end of the day. Great service. 10/10
