Have tried most things on their menu and have never been disappointed. It is a great place to take kids and have some damn fantastic food that I have not found anything comparable to, well anywhere. Shrimp boils are not to be missed, top notch! On normal days my personal favorites are burnt ends and the Muffelatta, but again, I have had nothing bad there and have yet to try a few things. If you are a fan of Gooey Butter Cake, this is a must do for this place, simply amazing and the portion is insane, you will be taking some home for certain. The staff is also amazing, efficient, courteous and all around on point.

After the sun goes down and the dinner crowd clears out this place is also a mighty fine drinking establishment. The bartenders feel more like friends and the strangers at the bar are typically easy to strike up conversation with and cheer on the Cardinals.

This is by far my favorite local establishment and will continue to be. The only, and I mean only concern I have about this place is the single person restrooms, both male and female. At the same time this is part of the draw to this place, it is somewhat small, so it somehow makes it more friendly because you will typically strike up conversations with total strangers.

Down to the nuts and bolts. Pricing I feel is totally fair for the portions, similar to Lotawata Creek. I would give this establishment a 10/10 for every visit myself and my family have had there, be it family dinner or a night out for mom and dad.

45 min. for dried pulled pork, cold jambalaya and gumbo without any shrimp nor fish. The rice looked disgusting. Everything had to go in the garbage. I want my money back!

I was impressed. My first time there, I had the E’touffee, very yummy. My son had Chicken strips, he said they were just like home. I’m looking forward to trying the menu. Kudos to the waitress, the house was packed for supper and she hustled it all. Great job.

The food is excellent! This really is more of a bar atmosphere, and it looks a little shady from the outside, but we went for an early dinner with small kids, and had no problems. The staff was very accommodating, and we would go back with kids again. Especially when in the mood for some killer Cajun food!

Very noisy. they were out of all the specials at 12:30pm on Sunday, but did not take them off the board. Service and prices were above average. Quality of food was good, but not exceptional. They could re-arrange the tables to make the spacing more comfortable. We were constantly getting bumped into by other guests or the wait staff.

Some of the best Jambalaya I’ve ever had. The music, cold beer and the awesome bartenders have me coming back once a week. This place is great for a family lunch or dinner or simply a must stop if you’re out on the weekend.

I’ve been coming to this restaurant since it was called Randy’s and I have nothing but good things to say. The BBQ is amazing and there’s no better brisket in the St. Louis area! I also love the BBQ chicken salad. The pineapple gooey butter cake is unbelievably good. I also just finished the etouffe…delicious!

Check ’em out!

A small cozy bar with fantastic food. Their menu selection was great a cross between southern barbecue and New Orleans favorites. We were obviously not from around the area when we stopped in and the bar tender welcomed us and helped us pick out fantastic selections for our lunch.
