I used to LOVE chanellos and when i lived in va, we ordered from them often. I’ve ordered here about 3 times this summer and every time, they dont get the order right. We live in nc now and only order when visiting my family. Last time we ordered they didn’t put the right ingredients on the pizza. Today we ordered a large specialty pizza with extra cheese and a large cheese sticks double extra cheese. When I picked thenorder up, I looked and could instantly tell it wasn’t extra cheese. Both the pizza and cheese sticks had bread not even covered by cheese!! I don’t mind paying for what we want, when we used to order from other stores, it was so cheesy and perfect. I’m so sick of paying for less. And the fact they LIED about it makes me even more mad to spend freaking 40 something on it. Like I told them, I will literally pay more to get what I want, but don’t lie about it. It makes me so mad their food tastes great when made correctly. I swear if I could get the same thing from another company I would never order from here again. I’m adding pics to show its not even got cheese om half the pizza/cheese sticks

Trying all the local restaurants in the area. Decided to give this place a shot since they sent out coupons saying if you signed up for an account you would get 35% off your first order. You don’t. You get some garlic knots which I didn’t order since I was already getting the cheese bread with the special meal. Now onto food quality. I really wish they would have just called me and said they were running out of cheese. Pizza hardly had any and the Philly cheese had zero. And then there was desert. Not even sure what to say but gross. It’s oily bread.

i ordered a pizza and cheesy breadsticks with a 45-55 minute wait time. it’s saturday night so i understand that. after an hour i called to make sure everything was all good and was told the driver was out but my order was the last to be delivered, so my food would not be hot. a few minutes later i got a call from the driver who said he was 15 minutes away still. after talking to the store they said they would remake it so i wasn’t receiving cold pizza. after waiting almost two hours i received a freshly made cheese sticks and what was clearly my original pizza that they just threw back in the oven and they said there would be no discounts. attached is a picture

This place doesn’t look like much from the outside but there pizza has always been on point. Use there coupons and specials and you can’t go wrong. Staff is great! Pizza is great! And the channelos sauce is bangin! My favorite pizza spot with good prices!

Got the Italian pizza large cheese and large cupped pepperoni cheese bread and giant cookie, everything was really good. Especially the Italian pizza. Ordered pickup and it was ready in about 15 minutes.

They have great pizza but it’s a 50/50 chance on whether or not they want to pick up the phone. Not to mention, the 50 percent of the time that they do pick up the phone, they don’t tell you that their systems down so they’re only taking cash until you get there.

We’ve ordered from them several times since moving here. My husband loves anchovies. Like…LOVES anchovies.
Each time we’ve requested extra anchovies. We ordered online and asked them to “Eff me up with some anchovies”. They got close, but still lacking.
No problem. We’ll call.
So this time we called. I spoke with a young woman. I asked for extra extra anchovies. I said specifically, “Today is my husband’s birthday. He loves anchovies. I’d like the entire pizza covered in anchovies. An obscene amount. Make it like anchovy icing if it was a cake. I don’t want to see any cheese. TONS of anchovies. I don’t care what you have to charge, but just load it up.”
We got this. Very little anchovies.
So my husband called Chanello’s since this is the 4th time we’ve tried to get a pizza with a large amount of anchovies.
The girl who I ordered through answered.
My husband asked what we needed to say in order to get a full anchovy pizza. He genuinely wanted to know what we needed to say in order to get the desired amount of anchovies. She told us to ask for extra anchovies. Clearly that’s not working. She asked if we wanted to speak to a manager. My husband said yes. We waited and then got disconnected.
So, no anchovies for my husband on his birthday.
