We got here at 11 all tables except 3 were full but also all food was out. Just so you understand the atmosphere we walked into. My boyfriend ordered a meatball parm sandwich and I got an ABLT no for what it’s worth I know I’m a pain in the ass and picky. Irregardless I asked for no tomatoes cucumbers instead as raw tomato and I do not agree and I also asked for iceberg lettuce because in my pompous opinion (lol) iceberg add a much needed moisture and crunch to a BLT that is very much needed. Our food did not take long to come out maybe 10 mins at most. First impression is they look very good however no iceberg here ok that’s fine. Bacon was super crispy which I loved however the avocado was mush not smashed like too over ripe for me and instead of the cook/chef cutting a fresh cucumber that would fit on the sandwich they were very noticeably picked from the salad bar. These massive chunks did not fit on the sandwich or even stay in the sandwich, I ended up wearing 3 pieces. Just a bit lazy. I do have to note the meatball parm sub was 5⭐ tender flavor full and not to much sauce and the roll did its job perfectly. Moral of story Wawa does a better BLT any day for 1/3 the price but that meatball sub was fire all day.

As I had posted on Facebook , I was traveling to NYC from Philadelphia Area and I stopped at this Diner for breakfast and it is without a doubt the cleanest diner I have ever ate at in all my travels! And the food was amazing and delicious! I wish this place was near me so I could eat there every Sunday. The staff were very friendly as well . This place is 10 out of 10

We’ve been going to OD’s for years — perfect for a quick bite. The food is always fresh and consistently good, and I especially love the taco salad. Service is friendly, and even though the hours have been more limited since COVID, it’s still a solid spot for good, fresh diner-style food. The back room by the fireplace is our favorite place to sit and relax. Highly recommend!

It’s got that diner decor and vibe. It is clean and up-to-date. Eat at the counter, booth, or table. It’s your choice. Lots of parking around.
Our server and friendly and attentive. My coffee cup never got below 1/2 full. The breakfasts were plenty. All items were well prepared. Eggs done just as ordered, crispy bacon, fluffy pancakes. I appreciated that the waitress asked about peppers in the hash-browns.
Overall, a great place to meet friends or bring the family, for breakfast, lunch, or dinner.

My waitress was very nice but I had to send my pancakes back because they tasted like peppers and onions, just to get them back and they still tasted like peppers and onions. The silverware was also dirty. The hostess was not very warm and inviting. Overall not a very pleasant experience, won’t be back. The food immediately made me sick once I got home.

I was very disappointed. The Brunch Special #3 Short Rib Grilled Cheese, served with fries & roasted tomato soup (complete) is definitely not worth $16. The short rib meat and fries are bland. The cheese used are slices of white American cheese so it’s like gooey plastic, and the tomato soup, well, at least it tasted like tomato but it had a metallic/carton aftertaste from whatever it’s stored in. Also they charge you a different price if you pay with a card instead of cash, which I did not see listed anywhere on their menu and it is a small slice of paper taped to their counter that you can very easily miss unless they point it out to you.

First time visit. Great first impression. Wanted to try something different since we were visiting a new diner and our server. Michele recommended the Tuscan omelette which is made with sausage, red peppers and pesto. Wasn’t sure what I thought about pesto on my omelette but the people sitting right behind us were eating one and highly recommended it so I was all in. Definitely glad I gave it a try. The pesto was not overpowering and complimented the entire meal. Would recommend this one to give it a try. Thanks you Michele for the recommendation

My last visit to Whitman Diner was over 4 years ago. It was very impressive this time. We all loved our meals and the service provided by Karen. A Karen with polite impeccable service skills. My husband wanted the Turkey burger (so delicious )and I wanted Breakfast. So happy that breakfast is served all day.

Food is great! Not gonna lie one of the best breakfast sandwiches i had! Everyone enjoyed their food- there is plenty so plan ahead. They also serve lunch for breakfast even tho on the menu it says they do not. Coffe was not the best, average diner coffee- not a complaint just an observation. Bathrooms are clean and service is fast, not super friendly tho but that is not a problem. Overall nice place for breakfast/lunch.
