This was a first visit to the Watkinsville White Tiger and I ordered a pork sandwich plate. The pork was really good but the sandwich itself was small. There was a more generous serving of fries, however. I honestly thought the price was about $5 too much for the meal. On the other hand, the restaurant was clean and there was plenty of seating.

Might be our new fav! The decor is adorable, staff is friendly, and the brunch was delicious. We had the banana bread, grit bowl, bbq hash, bbq sandwich , and breakfast sandwhich. The mimosas were delicious ❤️. We can’t wait to try dinner!

Firstly, love the atmosphere. Its very vibrant and colorful, kind of an 80s vibe to it. The food is amazing though it is a little pricey but not too much, there are many vegetarian/vegan options and people are for the most part pretty friendly. I would give it 4-5 stars off of that only one thing, the waiters. I dont know if the two not naming names, that where there when I was are still working there (I HOPE NOT) but they where the main problem. I was with my family and out of them two burgers where ordered, both where extremely uncooked, basically raw in the middle. Honest mistake, happens to the best of us, an easy fix. We sent the burgers back to be remade, easy enough. I did have a question though so I peeked into the kitchen to ask and low and behold, the two waiters where eating the raw burgers with their fingers while making someone else’s burger (thankfully not us). Im sorry but that is just nasty. I get that the work day is long and hard and there aren’t many eating breaks but come on, at least try to hide it and not make it a group effort. So we got out burgers back, ate them and promptly left after we got the check. I will say, there is a button in the bathroom, press it for a bright surprise.

We rented White Tiger Deluxe for our Rehearsal Dinner and had an absolute blast! All of my pink disco dreams came to life and our group had the best time. I cannot thank Melinda and her team enough. Everyone was so helpful and friendly, it truly made the night. I would highly recommend inquiring about hosting your next private event at WTD! We rented out the entire restaurant and it was so much fun!!

This is a really cute place to sit and eat. The decor makes it really fun for kids (and grown ups alike!) The food was pretty good, but I don’t recommend their tofu. Their biscuits are delicious; I ordered the cheddar scone, but they were out, which was disappointing. Overall, I definitely recommend White Tiger!

Perfect place for Saturday brunch! We went towards the end of service for brunch but the staff was amazing and very attentive. We loved the very fun vibe and decor! The pimento cheese is a must have and a great start to burgers, bbq sandwiches and of course the home fries. If you’re there for brunch also have the bloody mary or mimosa. We will definitely be back again and again.

Don’t bother. I hate to say it, but this place was just awful. The prices are like a real restaurant but the food is worse than fast food. We keep hoping a good place to eat will take this location, but so far those that come and go are getting worse. The menu has very little on it. It’s mainly BBQ & burgers. The reviews of the BBQ were not great, so I tried the tofu sandwich and my husband had a burger. The waitress didn’t ask how he wanted it cooked and he forgot to mention he likes them medium rare. The first one was burnt and looked awful. The second one was almost raw except for the burnt layers of grill grease from the cooking surface. The fries looked good in the photos from other reviews, but those were not what we got. These were like cold strips of potato skins. The tofu sandwich had no flavor at all. The service was slow and scant.

Really cute atmosphere. Really great food. We enjoyed the pimento cheese appetizer, served with crackers, pickles and cucumbers! burgers and great fries, and you can substitute grilled veggies for the lettuce salad, awesome!, one type with salmon and one topped with grilled chicken. Recommend!

Tasty food! Interesting choices. The red button made quite an impression. Mostly traditional sandwich fare, but nestled in a strangely cool vibe.
This is a very interesting eclectic choice of pink and white decor. Plus a disco vibe with the disco ball in the middle of the restaurant.
The colors are bright and at first it seemed a little disconcerting. But I have to say overall it was an enjoyable experience.
Assuming you’re going there to eat let’s talk about the food a little bit.
There were a couple of burger choices that we tried and they were extremely tasty. I had fries for the side and they were seasoned well.
The pimento cheese was very good.
They have a bar area in the restaurant. So they do have a selection of wine and beer.
It feels different than most restaurants. I’m not really sure what it is other than the colors and decor. Kind of a open airy feel versus the darker theme or fast food theme. The pink here shouts out at you. But, at the end of the day the food was excellent so I’m going to focus on that.
They also have servers that come to your table which is a big plus for me in the restaurant world. So many places are going to the counter ordering. I’m not a big fan of that.
The only downside to this place that I really can mention is their choice of glassware for water and wine is a small shallow glass that looks a lot like a ramekin for ketchup or something… It’s perfectly functional but it seems a little short.
A strange tidbit that does provide some novelty is the bathroom. You really need to check them out and be sure to hit the red button.
I have no doubt we will return here. The food was good and the atmosphere was unique. I forgot to mention it but the service was also excellent. (Both bar and table side)
There’s parking available in the lot and I think adjacent lot.
