We ordered a custom cake from Dairy Queen, and we could not be happier with the result! We were honestly a little nervous because our request was a mix of several different photos, but Sam, the cake artist, absolutely nailed it. The design turned out even better than we imagined. The attention to detail and creativity blew us away. It was everything we hoped for and more. Thank you Sam, for making our vision come to life so perfectly. Highly recommend!

This place is always friendly and a great environment. The managers and workers are always so accommodating and kind. I highly recommend this Dairy Queen I have always gotten great service from the workers and the managers are the sweetest people ever. Don’t believe the people trying to get you away from this place. Give it a shot and you will be pleasantly pleased. The icecream is delicious

We have been to the Campton Hills DQ multiple times, with our kids, with sports teams, etc. The service & ice cream has always been fabulous! The bathrooms have been clean, as were the tables, counters, floors, etc.
Sophie is a delightful person, and always has a smile on her face. The other employees are friendly, & know how to work well together to get customers orders served in a timely manner.

Service was amazing and everything was really clean. Jack and Sam( the managers I believe) are the kindest and sweetest people. We always have conversations and talk about life. They are always inviting and kind as well as the workers. Kailey, Jayden and Zoe are some of the workers that I have met and they are very funny and very hardworking it’s a very nice environment to be in. And I recommend it to anyone to come in.

I ordered a Banana Split Blizzard cake on Sunday, was told she would make it on Wednesday to be picked up today on Friday. The cake I received was nothing like I expected. It was mostly vanilla ice cream. It had strawberries and pineapple on top and very little actual Banana Split Blizzard at all. To top it off, it was soft. By the time it made the 10-minute drive to the destination it was starting to slide apart. When I called to complain about the cake I was told she had made it herself that morning. When I asked why she would wait until the morning of to make an ice cream cake she told me it was because her freezer was broken and she had nowhere to put it. When your freezer breaks you should call the customer and let them know. This cake was definitely not worth the $38 and change I paid for it!

Best Dairy Queen!!! I love all the people there! Jack, Sam, Jayden, Sofya, Zoe, and Kailey are the best people to talk to! Anytime I have wanted to try something new they are always so kind and point me in the right direction! I have no complaints whatsoever. I would come here everyday if I could!!!

Nice that kids cones are only a couple dollars. There are picnic tables outside and a few indoors. Doesn’t seem overly packed compared to some of the other locations. Ice cream is always typical of Dairy Queen.

I ordered two cakes for my daughter’s birthday party. Went inside to do so. The blizzard cake was fine. No issues (nothing custom there). The sheet cake was the issue. I repeatedly told him that this was a jungle theme- said “cheetah print” several times (he wrote it down). I told him they could do whatever design worked with a JUNGLE theme -I did the same thing with my son’s cake before and they did a great job on his shark theme (didn’t know there was new ownership this time). The day of the party, I sent my sister to pick it up because I was busy decorating. She brought back a cake with the correct writing on it (Happy birthday with my daughter’s name) but the cake had cacti, llamas, and chilli peppers on it. That is not a jungle theme at all. I had to take those off and run out to buy something to put on the cake instead. Luckily, what I found at the store worked but I was really disappointed that it was not correct, I had to spend more money to fix it myself, and it took time out of the day when I could have been adding more decorations to the party. Will be ordering from another location next time.
