Excellent bar and grill! I hadn’t been in here in years, but stopped today on my way to Chicago. The burgers were as good as I remembered. The bartender was a great guy and stayed on top of things. I love all the 1980s beer and sports posters in the men’s room; they bring back fond memories. You won’t be disappointed if you stop here. I noticed they serve 12oz of Mickey’s, you don’t see that too often. I would have had some, but I was driving.

I really don’t know how to start this because my experience was so bad. there were seven of us in our group, and we sat down and ordered our food and waited. I was the first to get my food after the appetizer of fried green beans which were overcooked almost burnt. Four of us in the group ordered their so-called prime rib. I ordered the king cut and the look more like the jester’s cut with a big globe of fat and hardly anything there. when the waitress set it down before me she left again. I had no silverware to eat it and it got extremely cold until she came back everybody else got there queen cut And it was twice as big as my so-called king cut. It was supposed to have been Rare, but it was medium. It took another 10 minutes for the waitress to come back around and she brought food one item at a time for everybody. Some people had just baked potatoes. Some had their prime rib. I still only had my prime rib. When she started bringing back the rest of our food, it came all at once we got our salads along with our baked potatoes and everything else we had on order. One person in our group had the pork tenderloin. It was so cold she could not eat it and we left it there. She didn’t even want to take it home to warm it up it was that bad! Our baked potatoes were hard. I had to use my steak knife to cut it and cut into the potato to add butter and sour cream along with two other people that had the baked potatoes. All four of us that ordered the prime rib asked for carry out containers to take home. We did not eat it at the restaurant it was that bad! The supposedly sautéed mushrooms look like they were from a can, and I got probably a little over a tablespoon of them on my prime rib. It was the worst dining experience I ever had! The first photo from left to right was my supposedly king cut the second photo was a queen cut that made mine look like a children’s port And the third picture was a good size queen cut but it was rare just like I ordered, but I did not receive.

Great little local restaurant. Lots of free parking out front. Friendly waitress with great suggestions. Fresh handmade burgers with chips or fries as an upgrade for $2. Hubby has a delicious 3 pc. Fried grouper sandwich with chips. We had a fried green bean appetizer, the green beans were fresh and crisp. Nice small town feel.

This restaurant was very tasty and the atmosphere was great!! The wait was long because their was only 2 PEOPLE WORKING!! But the waitress was amazing and did a great job! The waiteress was very nice and stayed on top of it. The food was worth the wait though, because it was delicious! I would definitely recommend this place, because it was a great experience!

Plenty of parking at adjacent Post Office or bank parking lots. Friendly atmosphere, excellent service and food was delicious. Quesadillas, burgers and chicken strips are consistently fantastic. Prime rib, wraps and wings also favorites.

The bartenders and waitress staff are friendly and make you feel at home. The food was well priced and beats going to McDonald’s. The family owned restaurant provides entertainment and the jokes with the regulars make everything seem comfortable.

Wow! The Perch dinner is the BEST EVER! Lots of locally caught, lightly battered, beautiful filets. Yum!! Highly recommend…traveled from Michigan to Minnesota – the best!

My family and a some friends and their kids were passing through town on our way home from a camping trip and had a great experience! The server was super helpful in getting the kids their food quickly because us adults couldnt make up our minds. (So much on the menu looked so good) my husband had a burger and wings and i had the pork tenderloin sandwich. Sooooo good!!! Our friends also had a burger and wings and were very happy! Beer cheese is awesome with the fries. Everything tasted fresh… and my husband can be pretty finicky about whether meat is fresh or frozen! Highly recommend checking out this place!!!

Today everything was cooked perfectly! They forgot dipping sauce like usual (their biggest downfall) but went right back in and got it. Food is 90% of the time really great! We enjoy coming here!
