We stopped by Pho White Lotus and had a great meal! The Bún bò Huế was bold, spicy, and rich — very close to the authentic versions you’d find in Vietnam. The pork broken rice (cơm tấm) was flavorful with perfectly grilled pork and classic sides. Overall, this is a very authentic Vietnamese restaurant with solid portions and genuine taste.

I’m honestly embarrassed for your restaurant. Charging an extra $2 for two tiny bowls of fish sauce is beyond petty — it’s cheap behavior. It’s not about the money; it’s about the lack of basic hospitality and common sense. If fish sauce is such a financial burden for your business, maybe you should reconsider running a Vietnamese restaurant at all. I’d be more than willing to donate an entire case of authentic Phu Quoc fish sauce so you don’t have to nickel-and-dime your customers over something so fundamental.

Waitress doesn’t explain that payments are processed at the desk. Last time I ordered a bubble tea there was extra shards of plastic in the drink. Flavor is decent but I would like my drink to have less macro plastic in it.
