It took me a long time to make this post but after coming to re order and I notice that some reviews are offensive, because every time I come here my food is always hot, from jerk chicken , shrimp, spicy and any food I order has always been hot. I been coming here since 2018 and always have a good turn out, luv the food. Best African Food I ever had, made with Luv ❤️

I am truly grateful for this place. With roots from different parts of Africa, it is rare to find one restaurant that captures the flavors I grew up with, yet this one does it beautifully. Every visit feels warm from the moment I walk in, and the dishes are always rich, comforting, and perfectly seasoned. I am hoping suya becomes part of the menu one day, but until that happens, I will happily keep enjoying their amazing beef kebab.

Food is overpriced and the service is horrible. The lady has no customer service. The prices are more than on the menu. I got 2 platters and paid $72. The curry chicken is soupy and the oxtail is very fatty. Not enough meat on the oxtail. Then the lady threw in a little nasty Coke Zero for free for the wait. It was a waste of money and gave me diarrhea. The atmosphere is nice and the music is great. That is all.

I went to try FuFu for the first time with my friends, we were greeted so nicely and welcoming. They had amazing music in the back and even let us stay and eat there even though they were closed. It was a 10/10 experience and 10000/10 food. We will definitely be back!!

Be prepared to take a photo of the menu. They need to have a QR code for it. They can put a little more tlc in their packaging. I had to add salt and pepper to mine. Just got the Mac n cheese with cabbage, came to $13 I gave her $15 just to stay on code. But (intoxicated) men hanging outside is not a good look. I’d gladly go to Philly to the 5 star places.

All I can say is thank you so much! As someone with a diverse African background, it’s hard to find a restaurant that serves all three of my cultural dishes. The service is amazing and the food always hits the spot and leaves me satisfied! I hope to see suya on the menu soon but I will continue to buy my beef kebab until then.

Listen! If you don’t know how to cook rice you should not be having a restaurant!!!! It was too soft and insipid. The oxtail was terrible the only thing I was able to eat was egusi with goat meat and fufu. Never again I will waste my money here, do you know how heartbreaking it is to spend money on bad food.

Our first visit here. We got the curry goat platter and the spinach egusi.
It was delicious..
Although…there are a few things that could be better. The cabbage was hard, mostly from the core and we ordered the egusi with beef and they gave us chicken. I don’t eat chicken so that part went to waste, but the soup part with the fufu is so good. I just wish I would have checked my container before I got home. I would go again but skip the cabbage and check my order.

This place taught me a valuable lesson. Always check your food before leaving the establishment. Had I checked before I left, I would have asked for my money back. Worse part, I don’t live in the area, but had a taste for this dish. I thought I asked for Curry Goat, but as you see I bought a platter full of rice! They gave me four lil pieces of goat meat which was like chewing bubble gum. They’ll never see me again. You’re welcome for the donation, A&H!!
