White Farms has a huge amount of ice cream choices, it was hard to zero in on only one. The Hot Fudge Sundae, w/ vanilla ice cream, whipped cream, nuts and a cherry was EXO. The sugar-free coffee ice cream in a sugar cone was also enjoyed. We were taken good care of and served by delightful ’Katherine’. Next time, I’ll have a scoop of the Cantaloupe flavor. Plenty of parking and tables are on the side, under a tent.

First time I’ve explored Ipswich and stopped here with my girlfriend for an ice cream, we tried the chocolate peanut butter and the pumpkin, the pumpkin was unbelievable, very great pumpkin flavor. I didn’t realize that they were cash only, the two small ice creams totaled $12 and I only had $10 cash on me and the girl was so incredibly generous and told us not to worry about it. Thank you! Would definitely come back again!

White Farms Ice Cream in Ipswich has been around for over 50 years and is a place I frequented as a kid. Now, whenever I travel back to this area it is a Must stop for great ice cream. They have over 50 flavors of home-made ice cream both hard and soft serve. Any variation of chocolate is my choice, especially the Chocolate Reese’s Peanut Butter Cup while my wife likes the Almond Joy. Prices are fair and the quantity is large. They are easily identified by the cow on the roof. Plenty of tables for seating and an outdoor tent for shade from the summer sun. Mini golf is also available.

Very good ice cream and very good frappes. Definitely worth a try if you’re around the area here after getting fried food.

Cash Only is BS. They literally have an ATM Machine out front that charges you $2.75 fee. The smallest ice cream I’ve ever had for a mom & pop store. This is catered for the tourist that visit from outside of the state. $22.50 for 3 very small soft serve ice creams is absolutely ridiculous! Won’t be going there again.

Located just up the road from the Clam Box of Ipswich, White Farms is a classic New England ice cream stand with a cow on the roof that has been serving up scoops for over a half-century. Fans of brain freezes are in luck, as White Farms serves up hefty scoops of light, airy ice cream that can be eaten in much greater quantities than its heavy, butter-fat laden counterparts.

I’ve tried the vast variety of ice cream places on the north shore and White Farms is my favorite spot. They offer a large selection of delicious flavors, the portions are old school generous and the servers are patient and kind. The setting is also quite pretty and they have a covered seating area. Check them out and see for yourself.
