OK I’m talking about white eagle bakery, the original “chrusciki”. This looks like the same slogan and everything that is on this box that I have. This chrusciki is not authentic or Polish in any way. They taste nothing like an authentic Chrusciki and the ingredients are not the same. Nor would Chrusciki ever last for 4 months at a time as per this expiration date. These do not have the same texture or taste of any Chrusciki I have had ever had. Who is baking these?

Best Perogies in S Jersey. They offer an extensive variety. I like the authentic Ann’s polish cheese & potato. My kids love cheesesteak perogies, cheddar bacon & potato perogies & kielbasa!

I highly recommend this store if you like Polish classics such as kielbasa and pierogi. I purchased the farmers cheese and potato, as well as the cheese steak pierogi. Both were very good. These pierogi are very large so if you prefer smaller ones this is not the place for you. However, the kielbasa is the real star. The seasoning and smokiness was just right. They even helped me select which variety of kielbasa I would like best.

The store also had a small selection of other Polish groceries. I bought a jar of fermented dill pickles and a jar of vinegar dill with chili pickles.

I had the opportunity to eat the famous White Eagle pierogies at the Burlington County Farm Fair. I was greeted with friendly service! The menue had a myriad of different pierogies flavors. I had the cheese steak & bacon & cheese. One word: Fantastic!! Be careful, if you think your are getting Mrs T’s size pierogies, think again. One White Eagle pierogi is the size of at least two Mrs. T’s and twice as thick! The cheese steak perogies were my favorite! The bacon, cheese & potato filled pierogies were great too! I will definitely be visiting White Eagle when I’m craving delicious polish cuisine!

This is our go to place for Polish food and in particular pierogi!! Between the traditional potato to cheese steak and dessert type (strawberry and cheese) all of the pierogi are delicious.

The man behind the counter was SO ignorant. I was testing the place out in hopes to get catering for a party. I would NEVER give them the business based on how this man treated me.

This family owned market is In the corner of a small strip mall. The variety of pirogies is overwhelming. The smoked kielbasa is so flavorful. Some items are sporadic and seasonal so plan on returning to try other things like the stuffed cabbage they are making as I write this.

i purchased pierogi’s for the last several years but this year for Christmas. I was very, very disappointed they were very doughy & the sauerkraut was sweet. I spent a good amount of money there. I will be going back to Port Richmond for my polish food.
