This is absolutely the WORST “FAST FOOD” group of employees I’ve probably ever seen in life. A group of kids could move faster and more efficiently than them. You’re better off going to an actual Dine in restaurant instead on having to wait 25+ minutes in a drive thru when there’s only 3 cars ahead of you and no one inside. Goes to show some companies truly hire anyone. Only requirement needed is to know their own name and what time they have to clock in. FIRE THE WHOLE STAFF!!! EXPEDITIOUSLY

Came through the drive at 8:30pm on 3/5/26. Ordered a number 1. Asked to make it a large. The lady says she can do a large soda but not the fries. Because she’s out of the cups. Keep in mind I’m paying for a large. She begins to get rude and talk crazy to the customer. Instead of finding a way to accommodate the customer. I’m highly disappointed and except to hear from someone.

Well finally got to try our White Castle. It’s not the same as I remember back in Michigan, but it’s close. Sliders were good, hot and fresh. Pricing is still pretty good.
Staff was super nice and helpful since it has been a while since I have been to a WC.
My issue was more with the cheesecake on a stick I forgot to take a picture but wow this thing was small my son was unimpressed but said it was good.
The cheese fry’s are really good.
Regular fry’s were hot and cooked well.
The cheese sticks were just ok to me the marinara sauce tastes sugary.
The onion chips were also just alright not crispy as you would expect but good with the spicy dipping sauce.
The location seems blah at best almost like it’s incomplete- you have to ask for forks, straws for drinks which is weird that they don’t have anything out to just quickly grab. And it appears that every order is to go.
All in all it was good and priced pretty good for what we got. Will be back to try again.

I’m not one to write reviews, but White Castle was just so good. I have to write one. When I was ordering, the cashier was super kind. Also, the service was super fast, I went to the bathroom and came back and my food was ready. I would come back again 10/10. Also if you are getting the double slider get one it is super filling.

Worst white castle I’ve been too in the USA! 25 minutes stuck in the drive thru when there were only 3 customers total on the property. Only to receive hot fries and cold sliders…Consistent lack of care at this location. I won’t be back..

The service at this location has been suspected for quite some time now, two of my visits they didn’t even bother to put pickles on my sliders. My last visit I decided to go inside and that’s all I needed to ensure that it will be my last and final visit. I’ve never seen a dining room, kitchen and restroom so completely filthy, covered in dirt and dust, the place looks like it hasn’t been cleaned since the day it first opened. Absolutely disgusting. And this is a place that NEVER has people dining inside. There’s no “lunch/dinner rush” that they simply didn’t have time to clean up from. Whoever owns or manages this location should be ashamed of themselves, but this level of filth would indicate that those people have no shame nor pride to begin with. The health department needs to pay them a visit, and don’t forget a padlock for the front door.

Got the Crave Case with cheese. Took less than 10 minutes to get ALL of my order. Quiet & clean though missing the Northeastern vibe (lol). Cashier gave the the greetings but kind enough to wait patiently to let us decide what we wanted to order. Very relaxing place to eat. Watching the drive thru, it went by fast from the looks of it. I recommend you ignore the one star people and try it.

It was food. We were gingery and it all tasted great but there was something lacking. Our fries were served cold. They weren’t very good at all. The staff wasn’t really up for it that day. When I say that I mean it was empty in there, it was almost like you can feel a demeanor of them just walking around doing not much. They were nice, took our order correctly, but that “extra customer service with a smile” wasn’t as bright as they were, talking with one another in the back. The best sliders there were the vegetable ones. The fish ones were great, the chicken ones were great but you go to McDonald’s and get a fish sandwich or a chicken sandwich and it’s nice and juicy. I felt these were very dry and just like the fries they just weren’t up to par. I really believe they have been sitting there for a while. They may have been in between shift change, or had left over from dinner rush. But you can taste that they were dry. The impossible meat which is a vegetarian option was amazing. I’ve eaten the impossible meat before and for those that are vegan, you can get them with no cheese. For those that are vegetarian, you can put cheese on them and they taste like a regular little cheeseburger. But I was most surprised about the veggie. In the picture you can clearly see pieces of carrots, zucchini, soy bean or edamame. I mean it’s a bunch of vegetables. I really did like those. Now the price, it’s a bit expensive. Especially for the quality that we got. My friend and I ended up getting 7 sliders each, one order of fries to share and two drinks. It was near 50 bucks. The sliders are a decent size. I’d say they’re about 20% bigger than the ones you would get in the frozen section at the grocery store. But the ones at the grocery store that you make it home come out juicy and taste great. i’m gonna have to return and give this place another chance. I’m thinking that maybe everybody was just kinda not with it at that time. It could’ve been better.
