I came here to purchase 2 White castles with extra pickles and onions and two white castles with cheese. When I received my order… I looked at it, and I noticed that I had two slices of pickles and no onions. So immediately, I turned back around and I asked to speak with the supervisor. His name was Thomas. Thomas came right out and asked me can I help you? Immediately, I showed him my burger, with two small slices of pickles and no onions. He said, what’s wrong with your food ( in disgust, I could not believe my ears), I said to him, this doesn’t look pitiful to you? He said no. I shook my head and said, well I ordered a white castle burger with extra onions and pickles. He said okay, I’ll make you another one. Then he walked off. He came back with my food and walked away again. No, thank you or I apologize. His customer service sucks big time!!!!! I expected more with him being a supervisor. Needless to say, Thomas, thanks to your outstanding customer service, I will never return to this White Castles again!!!!!!!!!!

Long wait in the drive thru & I was the only car in it! Cheeseburgers were not hot, in fact, the cheese wasn’t even melted! Burgers & buns we’re both dry. White Castle in Minnesota serves much better food.

Being a novice food critic, I will give you the verdict. The sliders looked to have been ran over several times. I had to wait a good amount of time for these to be done. High school level food peppers were diligently preparing the food like it was the last thing they ever wanted on their Instagram page’s. Definitely quickness over quality. The onion rings were very tasty. The place felt definitely fast for eating nothing different than any other fast food place. The prices for the wait and meal presented were way too high- this was before the economy ailing tariffs. If the food or the franchised place would have superseded the wait, eating this place would have seemed higher. 3 Star I feel is sufficient for what was served and where I had to wait and eat.

I would not recommend this location. The customer service was lacking to say the least. They were not greeting customers with a smile or warmth, the music played was not universal or client friendly. Ordered the shrimp and they were as hard as a brick! I asked to have a new order. She (the only person in there that had any type of kind, customer service) said she’d pull them before the timer. While waiting, I asked another employee since she was next to the condiments if I could please get some mustard. She told me to hold on. She finished looking at the screens, walked away to the other side. Grabbed an order and gave it to another customer and then handed me a couple of packets. No warmth, care, smile… nothing. I finally got the shrimp. I went to bite into it and all I could smell was old oil!! Also, they were out of ice. Because of their demeanor, we nor a couple of other customers told them. Total waste of money. The castles were, okay, but it was indeed a lackluster experience.

This was my first White Castle experience and it will be my last. I went to order from their “breakfast anytime” menu but was informed they were out of eggs. Pivoting, I ordered a chicken slider which was SUPER dry, fries which had a strange after taste to them, and a shake which was cold through the cup but was warm liquid mix coming through the straw.
I do not think this food was worth what I paid. Gas station roller food is better than what I had here.

I ordered my food over the app seems pretty seamless but I get there I had to wait for 5 or so minutes at the speaker before anyone spoke to me then I get home to cold, old and burnt chicken deluxe sliders $21.00 down the darn drain disgusting what service you receive these days

Wanted to try White Castle for the longest time but my gosh I’m disappointed. First of all the drive thru AI was horrendous. It timed out and we waited on an associate for 10 minutes. Drove back to reactivate the sensor and the AI timed out and no answer from a team member AGAIN. They were also out of 1921s and tomato’s.
Ok screw it we go inside. It’s was fine, nothing spectacular. But the food… first of all it STUNK. We got plain sliders but it reeked of pickles and onions like it was soaked and they wiped it off for our specialty order. Unfortunately that scent affected the taste and we got to eat soggy, pathetic sliders. The fries and mozzarella sticks were rigid. The shakes were tasteless. They forgot my dessert stick too. “Follow your crave” yeah that would lead me to any other burger joint than this. Never again

After going to all elite wrestling here in Phoenix Arizona for their pay-per-view they advertised White Castle I decided to finally give it a try. I got the AEW bacon brawl meal. Overall not to bad for a little late night snacking. Definitely not the best but I’d say the combination of the bacon with grilled cheese and onions made it pretty darn good.

Ordered 8 hamburgers and 8 cheeseburgers , got home to find all cheeseburgers even in the hamburger boxes.
Also, as you can see in the picture most of the burgers weren’t even in the Buns.
