I gave an overall score of 3 stars because the store had no meat done and tables were dirty, the one good aspect was the African American young lady got on the grill apologized and put chicken,steak, and corn on the asked me to give her 30 to 40 minutes to ensure that the food was properly cooked and she asked one of the younger ladies to clean the seating area then she offered me a drink and chips if I’m not mistaken I think I heard them call her Juanita. She really made me fell that this was not an everyday occurrence and I left feeling better than I did coming in. Also the food was pretty good.

Either Moe’s has really gone downhill or the manager doesn’t have very high expectations. Most employees seemed very apathetic and barely did enough to get by. The food was ok but looked like it had been sitting there for days. The meat and rice looked all dried out and there was barely any there. They were out of salsa and sour cream, and just said “sorry we don’t have any and I would have to make more.” I didn’t order a bowl because one person ahead of me was in there to complain about his, and another one looked so skimpy and sad. I got the stack because I saw someone else’s and it looked like they used more of the ingredients in it than the bowl. Very strange experience.

Me and my girlfriend went in for food, they took about 15 minutes to make her food and got her order wrong entirely. Tried the food after we left and the rice was extremely overdone to the point where what they gave us was not worth eating. Haven’t ever had a fast food experience that actively made me sad before today

i’m usually not one to leave a bad review, but i’m honestly really upset about my FAVORITE restaurant! i have gone to this location/restaurant once, if not twice, every single week for years. over the past two months they’ve hired new staff & since then, i’ve noticed no hospitality, they’re not friendly, they’re almost rushing you to be done ordering. i’ve also noticed the salsa/dip stand has always been close to, if not completely, empty. along with half of the toppings at the normal ordering stand being unavailable as well. the cleanliness is also not to par, like i said, ive gone here religiously for years & have never seen it this way. i’m sad to think i might have to stop going there for my lunches!

I ordered a delivery through the app today. In order to meet the minimum delivery price, I ordered a $6.99 bowl of queso in addition to my burrito. What was delivered is the same size as my side of guac. Tried calling and it went straight to voicemail and there’s no other option in app to report a messed up order. Disappointed. I also did not receive any salsa with my chips.

Never seen a fast food chain actually close for a while due to equipment and still be closed over two weeks later. Closed with a sign on the door and the lights are on. Where they do that at? If there are limited hours, then just say that. Don’t put people under the impression that you’re open and you’re not. Shame on Moe’s. Say No to Moe’s!!! That’s my campaign for 2025.

My daughters went there 8-31-25 and one found 3 hairs in her food. Two were clearly from different people with one being long and the other being short and red hair. No one was wearing hair nets or beard nets. Absolutely not acceptable. She was given a refund but turned off from eating for a while. Definitely will not be going back to that location and possibly avoiding Moes all together for the foreseeable future.

Honestly not the best Moe’s I’ve been to and I’ve been to many. Location just appeared disorganized, had so many options not available.
Soda machine literally had no options like the usual Coke, Dr. Pepper, not even any juice options for my baby.
Associates seemed so confused how to help customers as well like they have not received proper training.

The Dying Breed
We use to dine here once a week and in the past 2 years the place has gone downhill! Food all over the floors , counters and topping bar . Place has become a dump . Staff is new almost every visit and the tables are covered with food and the floors are sticky . Needs a corporate cleaning. What a shame . Too many pictures to post
