I enjoy White Castle, glad there’s a location in the heart of Scottsdale. I don’t typically review fast food chain restaurants but I’m disappointed to learn that my favorite menu item, the Waffle Breakfast sandwich, is being discontinued. It is easily the best item on the menu. The sweet, soft waffle complements the salty, savory sausage + egg + cheese perfectly. It’s a better version of the sweet & savory breakfast sando the arches fast food establishment offers. This is a catastrophic mistake and you will lose a loyal customer if discontinued. I order this sandwich as a dessert during the lunch n dinner hour as well. Please reconsider this decision. I think I speak for all the greater central Scottsdale population when I say we love the Waffle Breakfast sandwich and mourn the cancellation of this wonderful concoction. Also the sandwich was a little greasier than usual today. Not ideal at 8:15am, please do better, I know you can. Great service, as usual. Please open the dining room an hour earlier (7am instead of 8).

We stopped by for a late dinner, and it’s super convenient that they’re open late. The customer service was nice and friendly, which is always a plus. There’s plenty of parking and the prices are very reasonable.
One thing to note: I didn’t see regular-sized hamburgers on the menu only sliders. They’re basically small burgers, but surprisingly filling. I ate two and couldn’t even finish the rest. The buns were hot and soft, which I liked, but the beef itself wasn’t really to my taste. The patty was very thin and didn’t have much flavor for me. Overall, decent for a late-night bite, just not my favorite burger-wise.

Nice building inside. Kiosks were buggy though. Took a star off for service because the service from the kid that gave me my food was great! But lost a star because the manager was way out of pocket working the other kid on window streaks. The windows looked good.
Came for the Chicago nostalgia. Burgers and cheese sticks were as expected. No more crinkle fries? The fries were lame. Fish sandwich was nothing remarkable.
However. You guys are out of your mind with your prices. 3 dollars for a slider of any kind is gross and straight up greed.

Wow its been 15 years since I had a slider. So excited to see there was one in Phoenix. Much different from the ones in NJ where the restaurant looks like a castle. The ordering was interesting.All automated using a I. I specifically asked for no onions. It was notated on the screen yet. When I grabbed my bag and pulled away, there are onions on it.Which was very disappointing. And what could be the time of day? But the role was a little stale. We get our bag and receive the wrong food and then it proceeds to take 3 times for me to go back up to receive the correct food. Seems very unorganized and it was frustrating. Originally planned on dining in with my family but they finished their food before I could get mine handled so we took it to go.

You know the only time I’ve ever eaten White Castle that was out of a vending machine in a place that we like to call prison. I always wore that one day I would go down to a White Castle. Guess what? Today just happened to be that one day. I can’t imagine, I literally cannot imagine a better slider!!!! These things are amazing!!!!

It’s exactly what you’d expect from White Castle. Two doubles are more satisfying than 4 singles. The size of the patties is just better with the doubles. Fries and drink were good.

LOVE WHITE CASTLE. I placed my order online and specifically asked for no onion and no pickles on all 10 of my sliders. When I got their my order was hit, fresh and 100% correct. It was the best meal of the day. I go here alot but if they were closer to me it would be multiple times weekly.
