Our family headed to Texas Roadhouse during our shopping day in the Wesley Chapel/Lutz area near I-75. We live further south, so have never eaten at this location. Based on our experience today we give 5 stars. Our server GiGi did an AMAZING job serving our family. She was super attentive, knowledgeable, and friendly!
The food as always at TRH didn’t disappoint. The rolls were delicious, the Sirloin I ordered was grilled exactly perfect, the ribs were tender and meaty and the sides were all amazing. We ordered a ‘Cactus Blossom’ onion – it was actually undercooked in the middle so the onion was actually crunchy and just a hair above raw. We told our server and she got a replacement ASAP. It was about 90% better, but there were still a few undercooked onion ‘petals’ in there. We’ve never had issues with the Cactus Blossom before, so I won’t fault TRH overall on this one – I’m just chalking it up to an off day.
We utilized the website to ‘get in line’ virtually, which is key, especially on the weekends. We had a good time, and enjoyed our experience. The service was great and that makes the difference! If we are shopping back up there again and are hankering for a steak we’ll be back!

Honestly, the food was really delicious — the steak was tender and cooked perfectly. The salad and fresh-baked bread were amazing too. The service was excellent, and the staff were very friendly. Overall, a great experience and definitely worth the visit.

I usually never complain about food but this was the worst dining experience I’ve ever had. Firstly, we were not given the bread until about 30 mins after sitting down, and when we did receive the bread, it was not cooked all the way and was pure dough. We also did not receive a single refill for the entire duration of our meal. I ordered a medium rare 6 oz sirloin steak with a side of Caesar salad and steak fries. I have never received such a disgusting steak in my life. It was BEYOND well done and practically inedible. I also received exactly 7 fries as a “side” with my steak, but the manager did end up giving me a new batch. My steak was inedible and could not be cut through and it was gray/white on the inside. I ended up sending it back and receiving a new one. The new steak was still the same consistency as the previous one and was basically the consistency of rubber.

This location NEVER disappoints, the food is always awesome. All the employees are hard working and courteous. They are always busy, but you never have to wait long because there is a HUGE amount of seating inside. The prices are very reasonable and the fresh rolls served hot with sweet butter are to die for. I always request regular butter which is also available. I’d recommend this place to ALL my friends and family

Busy place on a Wednesday @ 1830. Hostess was friendly and efficient, there is a good system in place. Wait for two was about 25 minutes but we found 2 seats at the bar in 5 minutes, worked for us. Service behind the bar was excellent and attentive. Drinks are delivered promptly. Our food order was delivered in a timely manner and was quite good. The ribs were slightly charred with a hint of burnt flavor. The medallions with portobello mushrooms were near perfect. The portions are generous and cost is very reasonable.

From start to finish, the experience was excellent — especially thanks to our server, Dee, who was absolutely amazing. It’s been a long time since I’ve had a server who genuinely stood out. So many just go through the motions, but Dee had a fantastic personality, was incredibly sweet, attentive, and made sure we were well taken care of the entire time.
She kept our drinks topped off, made sure those delicious dinner rolls kept coming, and checked on us regularly without being intrusive. The food itself? Outstanding. My steak came out piping hot and perfectly cooked — honestly, it’s probably been 10 years since I’ve had a steak that good. Everything was flavorful and fresh.
To top it off, the manager even stopped by to check in on us. That’s a touch that many restaurants have stopped doing, and it really made the experience feel personal and appreciated.
We’re moving out of state in about a month, but we’re definitely hoping to make it back one more time — and if we do, we’ll absolutely be asking for Dee again. Thank you to the entire team at Texas Roadhouse Wesley Chapel for making our evening so enjoyable!

I wanted to get on here and give an HONEST review. This Texas Roadhouse is AMAZING! I have done months of repeat orders and everytime my order is correct! YES u read that right. My order has always been correct, hot and I always feel like it’s christmas with the generous portions. The food here can be hit or miss sometimes. When it’s good, it’s phenomenal. When it’s bad, it’s inedible. This used to be my favorite affordable steak place! I totally forgot to take photos of the before because I was just so hungry lol. But I always love the big ribeye and the bread and cinnamon butter. Sometimes when I’m feeling down, I’ll order just the bread and butter to go.
My bf tends to get the potato skins and they’re pretty good! Fully loaded. I’d recommend this place if you’re hankering for steak but don’t wanna cook it yourself or you don’t want to spend the money on a super nice steak place. The portions are also really nice.
I enjoy the decor and theme they’ve got going on here. Very American is the best way I can put it. They occasionally have specials and deals, so it makes the trip worthwhile.
