I grew up with White Castle in NJ and remember my mom taking us because this was the economical choice for a parent with six kids. We used to order hamburgers, fish sandwiches, milkshakes and fries. I was soooo excited when saw the sign from the highway in Kentucky, and we decided to stop. I was pleasantly surprised that the food still tastes the same! I ordered fish sandwiches, cheeseburgers and fries….it tasted just like I remember. Now the service is something completely different. It took a while to take our order and to actually get the food and this location could be maintained a little bit better (it was a bit messy). But, this would not have changed the fact that I truly enjoyed the food I purchased. I will definitely return if I am in the area.

Very good breakfast sandwiches! Its nice to see your food being cooked from cracking the fresh eggs to serving you. They were taking reservations for Valentines day dinner. First visit to a white castle and we will be back.

I just wanted to say thank you to all of the employees that were working today when my son and I stopped in. We stood at the counter for about 10 minutes being completely ignored before we decided to go elsewhere for lunch. I actually stood there long enough to think there must be a Kiosk somewhere but there is not. The manager passed by us twice at the counter and never once said anything like maybe…someone would be with us soon. Never even acknowledged our presence or the fact that no one had tried to help us. Instead he talked with an employee at the counter that was leaving. Someone did try to assist us as we were walking out the door. Never will I ever try to do business with this location again. However there are plenty of other establishments in the area that will be glad to have my business and take my money.

Slowest white castle ever, took over 20 minutes to get our food. The tables were dirty, the soda counter had spilled soda all over, no one cleaned it up, was there when we walked in, still there when we left. Place definitely needed to be cleaned. And no toilet paper in the bathroom. Also, they weren’t busy just not doing their job.

I drive from Pensacola Florida to St louis area. This is my 1st stop coming and last stop to puck up a suitcase or more racing home to get them to waiting sons!! This location is friendly always wraps them up good and tight so we can drive them back to Florida.!!

Worst service ever. I put order in at 4:15 didn’t get food until 4:45. I watched a girl hit buttons on a computer screen for 10 minutes. I also noticed 4 people in the back, what they were doing who knows, apparently not my food! If this business can’t do the job, I suggest shut the dam thing down. Pathetic!

The guy that took my order (after 17 minutes, waiting for him to finish his conversation with his friends) got the order wrong but we didn’t notice till after we sat down. Again I waited while he talks away. He finally comes over and denies he got the order wrong and started to talk trash. After a bit his manager came over and fixed my order.
