I really enjoy dining inside this location because the staff are so friendly and fun!! I stopped in after a stroll along the Grove with my hubby and all of our food was freshly cooked and prepared with care, even though they were short staffed. I truly appreciate the staff for having good vibes and making delicious food.

This location always leaves a great impression. The place is kept very clean from morning through the rest of the day, and the staff takes real care in making sure every order is prepared properly. It has become my favorite stop after getting off work in the morning, and I never leave disappointed.

This is my favorite location in STL. It was a weird experience, like all White Castle. We had a couple of cara in front of us stop in the drive through and area next to drive thru and start having a drinking party! Loll Oh and burgers were also delicious

If you value your health DO NOT EAT anything from this White Castle. I had some spare time so I decided to dine in and man was I glad I did. The kitchen area where they make the burgers was so gross. And the floor were sooooo dirty. The staff was more interested in chatting it up then making the food so that probably all the reviews say the drive thru is so slow.

I must say that I was quite impressed, overall, with this White Castle location! Hence my decision to give them four stars. For a fast-food restaurant, this place was pretty great! You will see from the pictures, yourself, that the overall interior and exterior of the restaurant were quite clean! I rarely found a napkin or some kind of straggler piece of trash, here and there, lying around. That’s also why I gave them four stars instead of five stars. It wasn’t exactly perfect, but it wasn’t terrible, either! Furthermore, I gave them four stars because the staff members were all professional, friendly, courteous, and accommodating! Unfortunately, I didn’t really see any name tags and therefore I can’t really compliment one person over another. However, I can definitely tell you that all three or four ladies who were working that early evening wear all superb! To be honest with you, I really didn’t expect service and cleanliness of this caliber! It’s a fast-food restaurant, after all. But, it might have something to do with the fact that it’s a fairly newer establishment (having been remodeled a while ago). I ordered 3 fish sandwiches (since I’m a pescatarian, now, and requested that they cook them fresh. I was told they’d do that, anyway. Well, guess what???! That’s EXACTLY what they did. The food was very tasty. The fountain area was a little “messy,” but they made up for this little shortcoming by having such a CLEAN MEN’S RESTROOM (how about THAT??!), and a very organized and neat condiments and straw/napkins area. The other cool thing MOST APPRECIATED about this location is the wall decor. The collage of pictures is VERY TRENDY! You’ll see it in the pics. Finally–and this is a “small thing”–but, they EVEN had a WORKING chip reader for my credit card. Lol…How many establishments have chip readers, but they’re malfunctioning???! Again…you’ll see that in the pics. So, if you’re looking to get great service, great food, and have an overall positive experience, this would be the place for you.

Food is usually good. Service wvertime i come here is pretty slow. Im ok with it not being extreamly fast if my food is made right and hot/warm but a lot of times food takes a while and its hit or miss if its hot or not
