Service was at the table asking what we wanted to drink before my date sat down. Not the worse part of our time here. Our order arrived within minutes. I ordered boneless wings. They were frozen nuggets with a canned sauce poured on top. I did not finish them. I ate my celery but I don’t enjoy carrots that have a white layer on them, they were old. My date ordered the Ultimate Nachos. I asked him if he ordered off the kids menu. I have NEVER seen such a small order of chips, a little cheese and a few slices of jalapeño’s on top. We both picked up the menu, questioning the name “Ultimate?” Maybe the cook forgot how to make nachos. I had to laugh at that plate with very little on it.
I ordered a happy hour Long Island ice tea. It was sweet, tasted like a lot of simple syrup in it. I didn’t finish it.
You would think that was the worse part of our experience. I was a bit shocked when I paid my bill. It was $30.49 I paid with $40.00 I watched the server standing in the well talking to another employee. What seemed like way to long she arrived with my change. WOW! She shorted me by $1.51
Sh watched m count the change. She immediately came to the table and put $1.00 down, she said oh here sorry. I said “yes I noticed that you shorted me $1.50” she said “I guess I can get your 50cents”. That was so wrong. I understand if someone accidentally miss counts your change. This server knew what she had done. I only left her 4.00 on the table and told her to add the 50 cents to her tip. After I left I thought “why did I even tip?” I wonder how many people she short changes and that don’t notice. This is stealing and should be addressed!
Needless to say WE WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS Buffalo wild wings, Portland Airport restaurant..

We very much enjoyed having dinner here. The parking is plentiful, the restaurant is kept very clean, tables are spaced well, and there is plenty of seating. Our server was exceptional—she kept checking on us, making sure we had all we needed and then some and was joyful! Other staff were quite friendly too. First, I was really impressed with the appetizer portions and price! I actually got full just from that. The sauces never disappoint, and the wings (I get boneless) are very good quality. Also generous are the celery and carrots. I felt really comfortable eating and relaxing…I don’t like tables to be too close and I feel the dining area layout is well set. You would think with a bunch of tv’s on and people talking it would be too loud but I feel the acoustics are really good because it was not super noisy. I have also had takeout from here and was very satisfied with that also. One nice plus you can see in my photos are the serving trays, I like them with the paper lining—it seems a great way to serve wings and appetizers. When I’m in the mood for wings I will for sure come back here, and I’m one who typically likes to support independent businesses but I haven’t found a place with wings as good as here. Not to mention the atmosphere is cool too, so bonus! I highly recommend this location.

When people order Wings with different flavors, they NEED A BETTER LABELING SYSTEM (pictured). I was given a habanero one instead of a honey mustard one from my husband’s plate bc it was the same color but had slid. Plz serve them in different paper cups or SOMETHING. The sticker method looks crappy and cheap anyway!

I recently visited the Buffalo Wild Wings near my home, and I have to say, it was an excellent experience all around! The wings are delicious, and their selection of beers is fantastic — I always go for the IPA, which pairs perfectly with the Asian Zing wings. It’s a winning combo every time!
The location is super convenient, right next to shopping and the airport, which makes it an easy stop whether you’re running errands or catching a flight. The bar area offers open seating, and the service is quick and friendly. Our server, Amy, was outstanding — very attentive, super pleasant to talk to, and made sure we had everything we needed.
If you’re hungry, I recommend ordering your appetizer first, as they come out much quicker. The wings themselves take about 15-25 minutes, depending on how busy they are, but drinks and apps arrive fast. I also suggest trying the Deschutes IPA and the mozzarella sticks as a tasty starter!
Overall, I definitely recommend this location. If you sit at the bar, Amy will take great care of you with a smile and fantastic service. Highly recommend!

I never leave reviews, but this was a calamity of errors. We went there to eat and watch football, so we were there for 3 hours. The service was chaotic as staff wandered around trying to find the right tables. Our drinks were forgotten. Our very nice server seemed embarrassed by all the confusion. The food was worse: wrong orders arrived at our table, half my order was missing, and what did arrive was cold. Even the iced tea was warm with no ice. I actually had to ask for ice. If it weren’t so sad, it would be humorous. Sorry, but this place needs serious help. Management, are you home? No hard feelings, it was actually kind of funny as time went on. What a waste of money.

Ashley is THE best server I have ever had a day in my life. She always brings me my refill exactly when I need it and she knows my regular order. I have never had a bad experience at this location. She is so nice to us every time we are here and I am overjoyed when she is our waitress. Ashley if you’re seeing this you are my GOAT.

We went on super bowl night and kudos to our server on table 225 that night. I apologize for not remembering her name, but great service. Very attentive. She gave us free chips and queso. Thank you so much for making it fun. We also had a raffle that night. We won a bunch of stuff. Cool experience. We’ll go again next year.

I love the Buffalo Wild Wings Chain but this location has gone downhill with time. However I can also tell that they are short staffed and this particular location is hit with big parties of people frequently which can affect service and delivery due to pressure.
I went the other night and after sitting with it for a couple of days I just want this location to please take care of their workers so they can work in a better environment!
Unfortunately I could tell my waitress was kind of over their shift and tired and I felt bad. Two large parties had just left.
Anyways, My friend and I chose the bar table area and ordered the meal deal for two.
It should have been a red flag when the food came out within 10 mins. We were unfortunately very exhausted and hungry after a long shift so we dismissed the fact that the food was almost cold and hard to chew in some instances, blaming our teeth instead.
What surprised me however was when I was full after eating 5 wings which I counted by hand. TMI but I count each wing I eat, one by one. So I knew which ones I had not touched at all. I went to grab one to give to my friend as they wanted to have one and when I turned it around, it was bitten.
There were bite marks on the very edge of the wing and the meat on the side of the wax paper was without skin or sauce and was dry in certain spots meaning it had been sitting there for a while.
To be honest, I was utterly disgusted and was left speechless. I did not say anything to not cause a scene because I love the chain and did not want to argue. However to make it a bit more jaw dropping, while still eating my veggies, my plate was taken away because it looked to not be in use. I was not asked, the waitress just took it in front of me. Kind of rude but I just did not know what to say.
A bitten wing that was concealed on the far corner of my plate and then my veggie plate being taken away. Yeah no words.
Anyways, I paid for my meal and still tipped because I am a genuine customer.
I feel bad to make this review but I just don’t want this to happen to someone else. I have a heart but someone else may not care and cause a commotion. I don’t want folks to get punished but instead be able to work in environments where they don’t feel pressured to deliver horrible food and service to get it done.
I won’t be back to this location and I hope this location can support their staff better so these incidents don’t become normal! I got faith in yall !
