Major shout out to John you’re truly sitting in the bar for excellence when it comes to regards to customer service they had the food come out super quick. The overall restaurants appearance was super clean. The bathrooms are very clean my family and I appreciated the level of service that we received come into this location. Thank you for being conveniently located by the arch and having clean establishment as well as clean bathrooms and fast service.

I went there late last evening. The young lady who took my order was kind and throughout this terrible experience was the only person that somewhat tried to fix it, even though she initially did not take my order down correctly. As I went to the window to pay for my order, they asked me are you sure you would like all of this so I ask, can you please repeat my order? They had an additional 10 breakfast sandwiches added to my order which was a simple fix. I simply said I do not need those. All I need is 10 bacon egg and cheese sliders, a hash brown, and a strawberry cheesecake. I should’ve checked my order there, but once I returned home, I realized they gave me sliders That were meant for lunch I believe something I would never order and never have ordered upon my return I let them know that although I ordered 10 five of them are OK the person was OK with it although I would like my five to be properly made the way that I ordered them as the manager came up. She said that is not possible they would not take the food back. print me a receipt and tell me the difference in price from what they gave me to the breakfast sliders they wanted to fight with me. She wanted to say how I am a man and she is a woman and how she feels threatened. She wanted me to pay twice for the one meal that I truly ordered obviously, that is unacceptable. No other establishment that I have ever been to when a mistake is made they fix it I believe she should be removed from management and the young lady working the drive-through should take her position. I will never be going to that white castle again and I urge anybody and everybody I know not to go to that White Castle after going back-and-forth for about 15 minutes. My bag was taken, and I was told they were going to fix it. Once I returned home for the second time I realized all they did was take the original screw up and added cheese and bacon to it. The point of my order is that I do not like the small hamburger patties so once again, I was not pleased if there is an owner that reads this or possibly a district manager or anybody above the very rude lady who is there at 3 AM last night I would like to be properly compensated for the waste of time, the wasted gas, and simply for just being an unhappy customer. I’m not sure how she made it to manager. I’m guessing because nobody else wants the graveyard shift, but I would sit her down in the back room and have her rewatch the customer service videos. Thank you for letting me provide this review and if anybody who works for this franchise actually cares about paying customers, you will reach out to me via reply to this review.

It was my first time trying White Castle after hearing so much about it. Im from the South and Krystals is our White Castle. Traveling up North and trying the White Castle here, I was impressed and will definitely stop in when traveling. It was fresh and good.

Hey it’s a White Castle! Not too bad at all, give credit to the staff for being diligent. They didn’t have lots of staff and weren’t very fast, but they were good and consistent. The place was pretty clean too and right at the Cardinals Stadium. A customer who appeared to have some mobility issues dropped her food outside and bright it back in and the team didn’t harass her and promptly replaced the order. That was considerate. My food hit the spot!!

White Castle St Louis exit 274A Pay is 15/hr to start but no one wants to work. There 5 employees and a so called manager. Four of the 6 mostly stood around doing nothing. There were fries on the floor. The soda machine hadn’t been wiped down or sanitized and was nasty. There was a child’s pair of panties 4 feet from the door and you could tell they’d been there for a few days. Maybe employees should do some work for their $15/hr. Food had no taste. It’s no wonder restaurants are closing down.

If you enjoy waiting 20 minutes in a line of only (3) people to be serviced then this is definitely the spot for you. Didn’t catch the employees name but she seemed very annoyed that people were actually in her store to order food. I’m glad I don’t live around that location because I won’t have to worry about stopping by this White Castle ever again.

The drive thru here is very small. This makes a huge mess and cars end up in a traffic jam in the parking lot. The wait time was over 40 minutes for a mobile order in the drive-thru. We got to the window to be told to pull around and wait some more, which led to our food being ice cold. The staff were nice.
