The customer service was really good. The food came out quick and was hot, fresh and delicious.
My only complaint is they need to do a better job cleaning, especially the bathroom.

Since when do they not serve the breakfast sliders at night? We arrived at 1 am wanting breakfast sliders and was told that they don’t serve breakfast “right now”. I asked why and the window clerk said her manager told her that breakfast begins at 5am. I asked to speak to the manager and the response was, “Is there anything else”. We’ve been there many late nights and it’s hit or miss emerge they will serve breakfast. The number one reason to not send breakfast? The grill is being cleaned. We’ll of that’s the case, why isn’t that same grill able to be used for other items?

It’s been about twenty years since I have been to a “proper” White Castle, and this place was great. The restaurant was well kept, though the costumer service was lacking. The people weren’t rude or mean, they just had no personality. There are no friendly smiles, no “Hey, happy to see you.” The front counter people were clearly just there to pull a paycheck! However, the food was as good as I remember it. The caramel parfait shake was delicious, and I highly recommend the ranch chicken rings. Even though the customer service could’ve been better, I would still recommend this place to others!

Literally the first time I’ve had White Castle in about 30 years. The double cheeseburger was awesome. The meat, the cheese the bun were all very good. The fries were meh. Very potato tasting and cooked well, just boring. I got the loaded fries and they were good, but too much ranch for me.

It’s $3.50 for a cup of water sometimes and sometimes it’s free. They can’t make up their mind. Most of the time everyone looks angry working drive-thru. I’d recommend checking your order before leaving.

When I entered the building, I was greeted by the wonderful aroma of the white Castle burgers, steaming, with onions and flavor . I ordered my food and the young lady( cashier)was very very nice. The staff was nice. Even the manager greeted me. I asked for her name and she said her name, she is April. The cool prepare my food, bagged it up and brought it to me hot and fresh just the way I like it!! I highly recommend this location. Kudos to April for running a good shift and a wonderful staff. I will most definitely be back!

No white castles where I live so coming through St. Louis is a must stop. This particular store was very nice and clean with good service and excellent burgers!! Always get some to take home.
