The literal WORST SERVICE OF MY LIFE. I waited 45 minutes for a crave case, so just had them cancel the order. They were incredibly rude the entire time, all laughing and playing on their phones. I got out of the car to tell cars in the drive-thru what to expect, and they began yelling racial slurs at me. What a joke. Corporate is going to love this video.

Usually I have no issues out of this location. Staff is friendly and my order is rarely messed up. Last night I placed a pick up order and in the special instructions i put NO ONIONS. I have an allergy to onions. Well got home and all 20 of my burgers had onions on them. I attwmpted to call the store to ask for it to be replaced but after 3 calls and no answer I gave up.

White Castle was great! I have wanted to eat at a White Castle for as long as I can remember and there’s not one where I live. We went out of our way to get to this one and it did not disappoint. The staff was so friendly and nice! Several of the employees were from Mississippi and it made my experience even better. I loved that!

I rarely feel the need to leave negative feedback, but my recent experience compels me to do so. It was incredibly frustrating when employees attempted—quite poorly—to correct my use of perfectly accurate words, revealing a clear lack of understanding of basic language. One can only assume that their education was incomplete, as such misunderstandings are difficult to explain otherwise.
To make matters worse, my order was completely incorrect, further demonstrating a troubling level of incompetence. An establishment that cannot manage basic customer service or accurately fulfill a simple order hardly inspires confidence in its overall standards.

I went though the drive thru tonight at approximately 1245. The young woman who took my order & gave me my food was full of smiles & very polite. She took my order & made adjustments for me at the window without any issues. My food was also prepared well, bagged up accordingly, & made it easy to split up. Great customer service.
