Went here the energy was off. Manager was sweeping and no one noticed us customers for few minutes. She then took our order while she was sweeping and cleaning. I ordered #1 no onions and I watched them take their time. When it came time to prepping our food one of the females got the spatula from the manager who was handling frozen meat on grill and used it to wipe onions off burgers that had already been cooked and sitting. I stopped her and told her I said no onions which means cook them fresh without scraping them off. They then gave me half done burgers which sent back. And on top of that the manager finished cleaning did not wash hands just put gloves on and then grabbed stack of buns and placed them on grill. While grabbing them her arms touched most of the bread. The customer service lacking and so is cooking the food as ordered. And most importantly it’s unsanitary. Got the new burgers and didn’t even eat them. Never again !

I visited the location early Friday morning needing to use the bathroom and once I came out was going to buy food. When I walked in the employees were busy making food and I stopped the black lady that had on the black shirt who appeared to be a manager or supervisor to ask for the code to the bathroom. She literally stopped rolled her eyes at me and rudely gave me the code to the bathroom. Now I was going to ask if there was a problem however regardless of whatever the issue was I had just walked in and I know I didn’t do anything to this lady so I didn’t say anything because I know how quickly a situation could go left for nothing. For her to be a manager or supervisor that was very unprofessional and uncalled for. I never have any issues at any White Castle locations that I visit and never mind spending my money however, I refuse to give my money to a business where so called “leadership” acts like an adolescent. I normally give grace to certain situations but seems no one has spoken up about the rude and unprofessional management at this location. Please make sure that all of your faculty understands the importance of how good customer service can go a long way and that no one made her or any team member apply for a White Castle job and if she is unhappy she should also speak up to her boss so that way she won’t take it out on a customer and lose potential business do to work or personal issues, I am not sure nor do I care. I won’t buy anything from that location ever and I am going to make sure to advise everyone of the same. That’s a prime location right off the airport, I would hate to see how she treats out of towners or people that want to come and enjoy White Castle for the first time. That would surely be my first and last time at any location.

The workers were very very nice and friendly. The 2 register ladies was very helpful of how to use the app to help get my points. The nice ladies deserves a raise. The atmosphere is nice..I rather come back to the restaurant since I live far. The food was delicious!!!

Every once in a while, I I get the urge to grab some white castles as my early years of growing up or filled with White Castle dates with family. I don’t even know if these were white castles. I was excited to go to this location because previously experienced a taste similiar how things tasted back in the day. Very disappointed. I’ve been going to White Castle since the 70s.

We don’t have White Castle in Houston, TX, so my boys were excited to visit for the first time. The food was good, and the employees were friendly.

However, the atmosphere was a bit gloomy and not to my liking. A large, dirty man came in, tried to sell me an air mattress, and then asked for free food. When I questioned him, he became upset and a little aggressive. If my kids weren’t with me, we would probably have gotten into a fight. But since they were there, I bought him a meal, and he took advantage and slid in two extra meals. This should not be tolerated at any establishment, and I’m unsure why the employees didn’t kick him out. I will never eat at this location again, at least not inside.

Additionally, they were out of about 90% of all soft drinks, which I found unacceptable. However, my boys enjoyed the food.

Again, the employees were very nice though.

Love me some White Castle. Purchased a crave case of half hamburgers and half cheeseburgers as I was headed to my parents house in Michigan where they dont have a White Castle. I was in from Florida where there are none local to me either. I just had to get a few of the jalapeño cheeseburgers, too. (so good)). Enjoyed the cheesy tots that are new.b

My experience was unacceptable from the moment I walked in. When I tried to place my order, the manager started yelling at me, with an aggressive tone and an angry expression. It felt like she was bringing her personal or work problems into the interaction instead of behaving professionally.

No customer should be treated this way. This kind of behavior is completely inappropriate and makes the restaurant an unpleasant place to visit. I will not be returning.

I just left there. 1/31/26 @ 7PM..THE MANAGER ALAN did a magnificent job.Two employees with him,one was useless.This guy(I called back there a few hours later to ask mgrs.name) not only worked the grill but kept coming over to counter to take orders.If not for him I’d of stood there an hour.Working the grill he’d keep looking over his shoulder to run to counter with his “may I help you” one employee would disappear around the corner and text on her phone.Alan kept the unit running smoothly.I was very impressed with the guy and he deserves to be recognized..don’t know him,never met him prior,I’d hire him anyday

Typical fast food joint over working their loyal employee’s. Not to shit on the service but there was one person clearly working multiple positions and the interaction was bare minimum. Which translated to my order not being fulfilled to what I actually ordered. No shame on the actually people doing the job but shame on the industry for allowing this.
