Went with the family on Friday to eat. Food was not cooked thru. And when we told the manager he said he would make us a new one to go. They put my boyfriends burger that he already took a bite of back on the grill and cook his burger properly. We didn’t even notice it wasn’t a fresh new burger till we got home. He didn’t even eat it and I felt my money just went to waste here. Go to another location cuz this one is not it.

Family-Friendly Dining at Its Best
We had a fantastic experience at Chili’s! The service was impressively fast, and the food came out cooked to perfection. The staff was incredibly attentive, even the manager checked in with us multiple times to make sure everything was great. The Chicken Crispers were perfectly crispy, and our 2-year-old was kept happily occupied with coloring pages while we waited. The kids meal of burger bites, oranges, and salad was both adorable and delicious. We’ll definitely be back as Chili’s made dining out with a little one feel easy and enjoyable!
☆Side note: my kiddo absolutely loved loved the queso blanco!

I would say my food was good my service was off and on not great. I see the manager was not at all attentive to me and my boyfriend. Along the table where I sat was majority Caucasian people and I’m Hispanic. I feel it was a bit favorable to others. Along with all waitress besides JORDAN he was the only one to really enjoy his work and help . All the other runners where rude did not ask my table once for anything.

Wonderful lunch atmosphere on a weekend. Not crowded, and not loud. Easy to converse with my table mate. Food was delicious and delivered swiftly. Love the 6 oz. sirloin!

The chipotle chicken tex mex bowl was so good, I couldn’t finish it all! It’s light and filling at the same time but doesn’t give you the itis. All the staff was very courteous and had great customer service all throughout. I wish I could remember my waitress name she’s the best.

Food was ok for the price but the service was not welcoming at all. Host rolled their eyes at me when they asked where I wanted to be sat and I said anywhere. Easiest answer I could give and I get an eye roll? Should be happy. Server took 8 minutes to greet me and I’m easy to serve. Just a glass of water and an appetizer. Easiest person to serve. Didn’t look crazy busy either. 40% full.

We went last night and the person who sat us gave us a table right by the entrance. When we told her we wanted a different table because it was too cold she made a face like we were bothering her. So we left. There are so many places in San Antonio to eat. I actually love chili’s but after that experience I’d rather go somewhere else where my business is appreciated.

Update 05APR24: Came here for lunch with co-workers. We were told that today was our server’s first day. Also, they were short staffed and that the bartender was also waiting tables. As a result, our drink orders took a very long time to arrive. Everything just took a very long. Waitstaff was friendly; but not the best experience due the short staffing.
The food…dang they looked great; but I don’t think anyone cleaned their plates. I had the ribs and they were sooo dry. We unanimously agreed that we won’t be visiting again.
